I've run into another issue however when I went to register my first character now. My problem now is that the character number next to my ID isn't one due to me making and deleting characters trying to figure out how this all worked.

I was hoping that number could be reset as well so things would be less confusing for me in the future and I could start back at one instead of making my first character with an 8 or 9 next to my ID. Again, I hope this can be resolved quickly and thank you again for helping me out!

I played at a Con a few years ago and then never played PFS again. I was issued a new ID when I started to get into PFS at my local game store but I can't use any of the rewards since my ID is different from my new one...

I was hoping that I could get my ID and characters reset so I can start fresh since as it is right now I would have to make a new account to reap any of the benefits from me playing now. A quick solution would be lovely, and as always, thanks for your help! :)
