I played at a Con a few years ago and then never played PFS again. I was issued a new ID when I started to get into PFS at my local game store but I can't use any of the rewards since my ID is different from my new one...
I was hoping that I could get my ID and characters reset so I can start fresh since as it is right now I would have to make a new account to reap any of the benefits from me playing now. A quick solution would be lovely, and as always, thanks for your help! :)
