Loved how Amiri's instinct is depicted

First, Harrim needs to be Magister (according to the book).
That means that the players not only need to refrain killing or silencing his neverending rambling about the inevitable end of times, but give him an actual leadership role in their kingdom!

Jokes aside, the Folklore skill is not a good one, so passed level 5-6 the test should be harder if they don't invest in it.

Personnally, I think it's strong without being broken: the Linzi one is overused by my players and it is also quite good (-1d6 unrest on a success if I recall).

They don't have a ton of unrest so they never felt the need to spam it though.

After a few public jousts, my players ended up cornering him in his room, and threathened him enough for him to consider public apologies and leaving town (though I plan to make him come back at some point elsewhere).

They never intended a trial since he didn't break any law, so there wasn't much space for the downtime activity.

As mentionned by someone else, having him doing something illegal helps.
Seeing his spell list, I had him enthrall the crowd and suggestion Amiri to get into a tavern Brawl fight (she broke too many arms that day), causing trouble.

Anyway that 24 is indeed too high, even if you give free +1/+2 circumstance bonuses for rewarding PC choices/RP.

The face of the party can indeed have a net +13, but that's one PC.

The failure shouldn't remove a point as well!

Such a touching tribute ❤️

So excited about all of these!!

Every mention of cold-iron weapon doesn't mention the appropriate grade.
It could be guessed based on the item level, but any +1 cold-iron shortsword should be a +1 low-grade cold iron shortsword.

Here are a few suggestions;

CIVIC
- always be constructing (there is a limit on completed constructions per month, but no limit on buildings under construction and some take months to get enough resources.)

I don't get your reasonning here.

It seems the construction takes several months to complete according to you.
By RAW once you have all the ressources you spend them and boom the building is completed within the month/kingdom turn.

Unless you flavor the merchandise gathering accross the months as building under constructions (and it is purely flavor not mechanic)

I'll also complement by saying that harvest crops and gather livestock have the same effect than go phishing (Aka earn food).
Beware though these are regional activities, so you only get 3 of them per turn (4 if two are purposedly made at -2 in your heartland)

So exciting!
It would obviously affect players more if the deity was a good aligned one, but I would love to see an evil aligned one die, and how their death greatly affect the World. A major one like Asmodeus for instance. That would be a twist, and a great lesson about how everything is about balance

P81, the quest mmmmmmmmm... Eels!
Offers as a reward a +1 buckler... Which is not a thing in pf2 (shields cannot have fundamental runes).
Maybe change it for a glamorous buckler or lesser sturdy Shield.

I assume there will be no reprints for this? It's out of stock now, so it's gone for good?

I don't know if I'm allowed to do this but since the french version is about to be translated, they opened up a few sets of kingmaker pawns. You can find those in the shop of the official french Pathfinder local seller.

https://shop.black-book-editions.fr/produit51131/0/pathfinder-second-editio n/pathfinder-2-kingmaker-10eme-anniversaire-pawn-box

Not sure about how far the delivery Can go though, but if it helps

I Can help :)
For the goblin swashbuckler, the previous answer works great. Note that Maegar also has a mercrnary company (not disbanded however), and the spikes one AT jamandi also are (too late for that).

Anadi Monk. The Orlovsky family, close to the Surtova royal family, IS one of diplomacy and peaceful resolution of conflicts. Not a lot written on them in the Book but if PC gets involved in the Rost/Surtova political intrigues, make an Orlovsky approach that PC (life debt or something).

Goblin Oracle. There is a damn great hook for him :

SPOILER:
Nyrissa the bebg IS enslaved by an Ancient, the lantern king. But another Ancient IS making all of this a joke on the lantern king himself.

This Ancient IS the Ancient of Time itself! Can't remember his name on top of my head but pretty sure he IS the one presiding the Quarrels from Jubilost questline.
Plus seeing through Time numereous kingdom fall (through Dreams?) Can guide thé player toward thé bigger plot.

Dwarf inventor. Dwarf ruins IS a good Idea. Make him build a settlement here to explore. Feel free to have Numeria super advanced high tech technology Come in play (through the nefarious technical League maybe)

Champion. Don't know Nivi sorry, but there are a lot of religious plot you Can tie to (such as Valerie quest).

I personnally run everything as written for 4 characters despite thé fact that I have 5 players.
The fights are two ways : either there is multiple ennemies and they dispatched them veeeery easily.
Either it's a single opponent and in this case I ALWAYS have to send a random companion to save them (usually Harrim, cause they hate his neverending ramblings).
This can be explained by several things
- my players are new to the game, and don't optimize. Like at all. The rogue have +0 STR, +2 DEX, +1 CON... Not the most accurate. The animal instinct barbarian is the only one who can actually deal damage. The imperial sorcerer plays full RP and have almost no offensive spells. And don't get me started on the mutagenist that doesn't share their elixirs (until recently at least). The leaf order druid impact is very moderate as well.
- there is Always someone missing, so down to a party of 4 (I don't nPC them when I Can avoid it)
- they don't have a dedicated healer (Tristian is their new best Friends, for when a player IS away)

So that IS why I don't change a single thing in the encounters balance, I just have my "benevolence meter" adjust depending on how well they are doing (more Athletic actions as first actions when I have the upper hand, less focus on the same character to not bring him down etc. I try to flavor it to make it look realistic rather than plain benevolence), but they so rarely have the upper hand that even when it Come out, it just feels like a deserved victory

So a while ago I posted some musings about freeform city creation and I've been using them for my campaign for the past 6 months. It wasn't that bad, the hardest part was finding higher resolution images of the buildings. I tried making them myself using vector art programs but that was a bust. So this past week I tried to get DALLE-3 to make building artwork for me, and it did a great job. Just in isometric, grid based fashion rather than in the top down fashion that I asked for. So I used Inkscape to transform my map into an isometric version and created tokens from the artwork. Still a manual process but it only took me a couple hours to put together.

It ended up looking so good I had to share it.
Old map (taken immediately after a certain city event)

New map (Taken after the city was rebuilt)

My process.
1. Create a map of the terrain in DungeonDraft. (I typically also place the roads in this step because it is easier than making roads in Inkscape).
2. Create an isometric grid in Inkscape
3. Export the DungeonDraft map as a png then load into Inkscape.
4. Move the map to a "Background" layer then rotate and resize the map to fit the grid.
5. Generate "Isometric strategy game art of a <Blank>" using the AI generator of your choice.
6. Copy the generated artwork into a free art tool (GIMP, Microsoft Paint 3D, etc.) to remove the background and isolate the building.
7. Copy the resulting building into inkscape, move it to the desired position.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 until the buildings are placed.

Wow I was exactly looking for that! Amazing. Which generator are you using?

Same here

Correct me if I'm wrong but investing a leadership role doesn't given you any skill training (except at kingdom creation), just a flat status bonus on the relevants kingdom ability scores modifiers.
Plus using your rare skill increases to get skills to trained means you don't increase other to expert/master, so you'll eventually fall behind the control DC math since it is expected you're basically master in everything to have the slightest chance to succeed at some point.
V&S did a marvelous job when calculating this, and I thank them for this work cause I've used it instantly and extensively (I even flavored the changes to come from various kingdom NPC offering their expertises for the bonus skills for instance)

The linguist has been translated in french in the translation platform ; Can you update the website please ? It doesn't show up translated when I export such a sheet.
Kingmaker as well please

Yeah noticed it as well.
Should be Will, as in the last sentence if the channeler's intermediary Boon.

Tartuccio statblock on page 605 doesn't mention the number of spell slots for each level in his occult spontaneous spellcasting section (such a monster's entry should, at the end of each level spell list)

The RADIANT WARDEN p220 has a ranged attack with "reach 15 feet" ; it should have a range instead (probably between 50 and 100 feet).
