Vitro keeps pretty silent while the rest is inspecting the goblin cages. He looks like he's doing that stoic I'm-an-elf-I-don't-care these-are-mayfly-monsters thing, although the act isn't entirely convincing somehow.

Landing on Vitro's shoulder with a heavy thud, Gossip reports; "Psst, boss! Careful! There's lotsa goblins inside! I saw like at least one bunch of two bunches of two bunches of two bunches of goblins playing with dead people and hot stuff!"
Gossip lands on Vitro's shoulder, bringing with him a... smell... that makes the elf wrinkle his face. "What's up boss? Oooh, sausages.." He tries a quick snatch at one of the leftover sausages Vitro's carrying.
Gossip observes the shack from the branches of a nearby tree, looking to see if anyone shows especial interest in the heroes or behaves suspiciously. And shinies of course.
"Keep an eye on Vy, stay out of trouble myself, collect only unguarded shinies. Got it!" Gossip flies out of the window, but will keep an eye on Vy, while trying to evade the notice of evildoers, townsfolk guarding shinies, and cats.
"Oh, doesn't she have nice manners? You could learn something from her Boss."
"Hakakakakak! Sure, make me clean up all the blood again, always the same story!" A magpie hops down from a branch next to Vy and stares intently at the blood, which starts slithering off Vy and out of his clothes, slinking away almost as if to avoid the magpie's stern stare. "That should at least make sure your dad doesn't have a fit when you come back into town." |
