I presume in a low gravity environment there's some sort of math that could be done... I don't know what you would call it. Maybe 'Rocket Science?' Anyway, I presume that this math would allow a person to guess with a good deal of accuracy how to angle the jets to achieve a desired amount of lift and directional velocity at the same time.

Jump Jets allow you to "fly" up to 30 feet in one round. Low Gravity environmental rules say that you can jump three times as far, but does not affect move speeds. Is the 30 feet of movement granted by Jump Jets considered to be a jump, or a move speed? It feels like, thematically, the move speed should be increased by low gravity.

No idea, and it doesn't really matter, does it? As many reach level 20 as you want for your game, and when you need one to be that high level, you (or us, or whoever) can just add that NPC to the game without worrying about depleting some sort of limited in-world "resource" of level 20 NPC slots.

We made Razmir level 19 not because we were trying to limit the number of 20th level NPCs, but because making him not QUITE as high level as possible fit his theme of being someone who's not quite as good as he could be. He claims to be a god but isn't, and keeping him one level shy of max level helps that theme, if only metaphorically.

Kinda? The question is how unusual it is, in Golarion, for a character to reach that level of power. I'm not asking as though there's some sort of "cap," I'm wondering how impressive the accomplishment is, from a lore perspective.

This brings up an interesting question- how many people have actually managed to reach level 20? I get that you obviously can't give an exact number, but what's a rough estimate? I've only been able to find roughly 25, though there are a few more potential candidates that I can think of, and I'm sure I'm not aware of all of them.

Asmodeus is a devil, the most powerful of them, and the only one to be a full-fledged deity. What he was originally was not necessarily a devil though. He is now, though, and his existence as a devil has done more to shape and create the entire race of devil kind into what it is in the game.

By "ascended devil" I mean "a deity who is also a devil," not literally "he was a devil that became a deity."

He likely predates the concept of devils originally, and helped create the concept by being who he is.

That is not what the word "ascend" means...
