What happens if I make a plane both Morphic and Dead Magic? Would I be able to manipulate it or not?
Also, can Wish teleport a creature into a Dead Magic plane? Wish says:
"A wish can lift one creature per caster level from anywhere on any plane and place those creatures anywhere else on any plane regardless of local conditions."
While Dead Magic says:
"Divination spells cannot detect subjects within a dead magic plane, nor can a spellcaster use teleport or another spell to move in or out. The only exception to the “no magic” rule is permanent planar portals, which still function normally."
It says the only exception is a portal. Wouldn't it have listed Wish if it worked?
