Still needs to be advanced in level, but if you'll have an android biohacker taking accumulated vacation hours and getting wrapped up in this, I'd be happy to join.

I learned that Goldenarms can use any weapon with the injection property... That opens up a LOT of options, much to my joy. Now, the motivation to utilize them... We'll see how that shakes out.

A detour on the way home had to be made, as the clothes were not suitable for the android's destination, and some cleaning was certainly in order. A stop by one of the Vend-all™ units and a cheap coverall was purchased, in a drab color of some remarkably unattractive greenish-grey. A Soni-station™ got rid of the remains of the impromptu first-aid, and bag of clothes in hand, they returned to drop off the clothes for cleaning before heading off to meet the others at Yon's.

It did occur to them that they would have to return the borrowed equipment to Ms. Galvano, but that was not an immediate task.

That the explanation of "emergency first-aid" was accepted so readily by the family's cleaners would occur to them much later, and that their choice of attire was remarked upon more than anything else was mildly unsettling once they realized it.

"While the idea of eating something is indeed a significant motivation, the thought of being clean ranks higher in priority at the moment." The Android's face seemed impassive, but there was a slight tension to their facial features. "Confusion towards this appearance would be very likely, otherwise." The D.E.A.R.S. system was not helping, something in the context settings causing the unit to occasionally flicker as it garbed them in various attires of the antagonists of the most recent horror features, but left the bloodstains, sometimes adding to them, sometimes emphasizing.

Unamused, the Android did give credit where it was due, as some of the costume enhancements had steam slowly issuing with their exhalations, which was impressive.

"Indeed, lives were saved, and undoubtedly the law appreciates that no lives were lost. Excellent work, all."

More words than the Detective probably wanted:
"The sedated individuals that were acquired through questionable means were being held together to potentially be taken off-station while under said influence does raise a few ethics concerns, if not legal questions. However, the legalities are not my area of expertise", came the calm recitation of the Android.

"In my expertise, long-term use of sedatives is hardly recommended except in areas of medically recognized need, and unless they were being transported to a nearby medical facility— of which no attending medically-qualified individuals were visible– under recommendation or referral of their primary care doctor or specialist— which I am for one of the individuals in question and have neither issued nor received any notification, official or otherwise– I would conclude that the intent of the sedative was recreational at best, malicious at worst."

"Fortunately, they will be able to attest to this for themselves, I hope. If you wish, I can obtain preliminary toxicology information under your strict supervision to provide a more complete picture for the medical response team. Additionally, I have attached an arrow(ARO) detailing my treatment of the injured guard for intake."

Goldenarms' Interrogation:
At the Detective's question, the Android tilted their head and remained silent for a moment before looking back up at them.

"Aside from the appearance of complicity with the individuals that seemed to be in charge of the kidnapping of five beings and keeping them sedated for an unknown use— I did not have enough time to identify and treat the substance before your arrival, apologies– we have also presented the opportunity to identify the others involved, as well as the potential for eliminating a portion of crime on the station... For a while, at least."

The Android did nod at the mention of the guard. "Their situation is dire, admittedly. The immediate supplies on hand were severely limited, and I did what I could to keep them from expiring. If they receive medical attention, their situation should improve."

The android paused, and looked directly at the Detective in inquiry. "A ship was seen leaving the bay before we could identify the occupant. Does the station have a record of the departing individual?"

Interrupted mid-scan, the Android calmly divested themselves of the weapons and raised their hands. "One individual has received medical attention and would benefit from continued assistance."

The other guard was not in as poor a state as his partner, and the Android was concluding categorization and recommended treatment of his injuries. There had not yet been any loud sounds of conflict, so there was the distinct possibility that things were going well, but it was time to rejoin the group.

It was not until they turned the corner that the consideration of their appearance became more relevant. Impromptu medicine practice had little going for it in the way of preparation, and the strength possessed by Gath ensured that some mess was inevitable even before their intervention.

Covered in blood and fluids almost up to the elbows, with splashes and stains here and there on the rest of the coverall, it— along with the gloves— was completely ruined. The boots were salvageable, but to anyone that did not know what was going on, the Android could be easily misinterpreted as the perpetrator of some quite ghastly acts.

Seeing Lazlo and the hostages, the Android brightened, though it was barely more than a quirk of the mouth. "Oh... there are more than expected! Come, let me ascertain—"

It was then that they noticed the state of their clothing and stopped.

"–Hm. My appearance may be more traumatic than reassuring. Apologies."

Their attention was spent on the downed guard, trying to ensure that death was not a heartbeat away. It was going to take a minute or so to make sure that the guard stayed there, but it was a worthy endeavor.

Goldenarms trusted their comrades.

A departing ship meant that that someone felt the need to flee. If they were fortunate, the individual in charge felt the need to flee without taking their objectives with him. As the others rushed forward, the Android took the time to check on the downed guards, and administer aid where needed.

"Please remain calm and non-aggressive. Otherwise, more permanent measures will be employed ." Diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16

Alleviating their weapons of the batteries and making sure they were unarmed was simply protocol.

There was no real treatment that the Android could give to Gath, so logically, the next available option was to attempt to subdue the guard.

Thankfully, the weapon was non-lethal.

Noting the situation that Gath seems to be in, the options for aid were limited.

A moment was taken for synthesis, three seconds taken to apply it to the injector pistol, however, hitting such a large target could prove difficult on a quick draw.

There was a bit of guilt at using their larger companion as cover, but a quick analysis of the angles showed that to be the most efficient. It would be made up to them later.

However, the use of lethal ordinance did change things. Despite the opportunity of the guards to use different avenues of approach— as evinced by the equipment acquired from the initial downed guard– a lack of regard was demonstrated. Therefore, to keep the scales even, an equal lack of regard would be demonstrated.

Without running, advancing as far as they could took a few seconds, and with little cover, this was an unfavorable location.

As things continued, it was becoming apparent that Gath seemed to be holding his own, and it did occur to the Android that interfering may be an inadvertent insult, so they continued to keep an eye on what they could see of the bay until they seemed to be needed.

It was a positive that the guard had equipment that could be utilized, so it was appropriated for now. The D.E.A.R.S. unit oh so helpfully applied a flickering monocle over one eye as the user manuals for both were quickly referenced to ensure familiarity. As they turned to view the chaos that had ensued, it was a belated realization that they had not managed to sync the monitor in their kit to their companions, as Gath could have benefited from some slight assistance.

A gross oversight that would have to be rectified after this.

In the meantime, they moved to where they could potentially assist Gath with his engagement.

While the others fanned out to address the individuals that were present, the Android was securing the individuals that they managed to subdue. The first guard that was downed was searched for any useful weapons and restrained with whatever was handy as best they could.

As the others filtered in, the Android was wrapping up the connection after an attempt to get the system to reset and dump after they will have been gone. Acting in such a manner was not exactly something that they wanted to be public knowledge, though they did suppose that Oriane's activities are something potentially being suppressed. Either way, more was not needed to be added to the Loren Group's hush budget.

They did stop to check on the downed guard, closing the door.

Just as caught off-guard as the others, the Android took a step to the side to move out of the way, as Gath in action could be a bit... imposing. From the brief glance that they had gotten into the doorway, the area was large, and there was the ship that they were looking to stop.

So, there was a decision to make. Their entry would undoubtedly cause issues and make a lot of noise. Keeping things contained here would be difficult if notice were given.

Decision made, the form traceries of light and faux-data spun up from the D.E.A.R.S., much like they had before when they had come to this door. "Sen, if you would?"

A wireless link was offered in the form of a blinking access switch and a ping to Senkuviene's unit. Preventing any alarms from going off was a good goal.

The Android did not blush, but the slight widening of the smile along with a brief glance down and to the right (C.H.A.R.M. etiquette option 3b of rule seven: "Any directed address during a discussion should always be acknowledged when originating from the other party") both acknowleged and demurred the compliment.

Their eyes returned to Elektra as the D.E.A.R.S. unit oh so helpfully flickered the attire of a scientist over the coverall, complete with nametag and data slate before it was gone again in the moment. "Unfortunately I am currently under contract, however your previous inquiry about my design was noted." A data point was generated, a soft point of light that was pushed toward the center of the table towards their host. "These modules, modifications, and certifications should yield an acceptable equivalent."

Within that data point was the list of applicable courses, libraries, and modifications that would result in a suitable doppelganger— subject to aesthetic preference modifications, of course. The comparative value of the courses was not scaled for presumed wealth, as condescension was a major misstep in negotiations. As a result, their implied value could be derived from the cost of the courses— several of which were remarkably exclusive.

Given the company, a touch of insouciance appeared to be warranted.

"External influences cannot be replicated, unfortunately." A wink for a touch of flirtation to give a momentary break from the weight of the topic at hand. "As this resolves, revisiting your inquiry may be favorable."

Clearing their throat, they shifted the topic back to the supplied goods and their intent.

"Comrades, in which manner do we intend to effect our desired result?"

A nod and a bit of a smile was given to Gath, amusement curving his lips up slightly before the Android assumed a more professional mien.

"Appearances aside, it would appear that our capabilities are many and varied." A tilt of the head gave slight concession to the assumption about their appearance. "As the one that is extending themselves for aid, the questions at hand that seem apparent to me are 'What can you provide?', and 'What are our objectives?'"

At those questions the Android looked around at everyone present, pushing the sleeves of the coverall up to their forearms and folding their hands. Their gloves had been removed and put in one of the many pockets of the coverall.

Of course, it appeared that the comm unit and its accursed link to the D.E.A.R.S. decided to flicker to life, superimposing the image of a fedora tilted just enough to obscure their eyes, while rolled up sleeves and suspenders over a "working individual's pinstripe shirt", as they faded to a monochrome, all save the liquid gold displayed from their rolled up sleeves to their clasped hands.

Two seconds it lasted, underscoring the questions, and then it faded like a fleeting dream.

(contractual obligations for submitting anonymous test data and usage prevented disabling the system or otherwise modifying the program until official release— the price of access on the bleeding edge)

Having not associated with the others initially, save for perhaps the bouncers if they had a keen mind about them, the Android started to drift out slowly. A fight would be very disadvantageous. The notification from Locket was a good thing, however. As unobtrusively as could be managed, eye contact was attempted with the others, moving towards the exit.

With a good bit of skill and no small fortune, they would be able to make something of this before the shuttle could depart.

As individuals did not seem inclined towards him, the Android persisted, instead opting for a passive approach that built on remarks made within earshot, and offhand comments. The removal of one of their tools was not a great loss to the Android, and as the event picked up, they could be seen making their way around. The plan was to exchange a few words with some of the attendees, and if others had some issues that could be diagnosed, a notice for a "free treatment" would eventually show up in their personal 'sphere.

They had noticed a couple of the others— Gath, for instance was hard to miss– but no one had indicated any particular emergency, so it seemed safe to assume that they would meet up later. Though, when a moment was available, getting a sense of the system behind all of this seemed like a good idea.

The Android took a while to show, as there were other things that needed to be taken care of, but his arrival is a little after the start time. Again, his attire is not quite what would be counted as "usual", here— more like it is what someone that thought those on the lower levels of Absalom station might wear.

The coveralls were adorned with labels and logos, from Attaché, to Fawcett, to Urlok and Zapway, each adorned and lighted in their own way. It was uncertain whether or not it was the D.E.A.R.S. unit, but the boots and cap that was on their head showed that they had at least put in some attempt to be unobtrusive. Or, at least they meant to.

The sign about the weapons posed a question, and they went over to security to discuss it.

"Hello. As a medical professional, I am certified under the current medical statutes and can serve as on-hand support. Here are the required credentials regarding such." A gloved hand had a trio of sphere links floating over it for their perusal.

"I say this as, I do have a needler on my person, its use is primarily for dispensing medication, though it could be used for self-defense in a pinch, if needed. Do you have any medical staff on hand?"

The Android is amenable to the idea of checking back in at Yon's to keep him apprised of what they have learned. Returning home and checking in on anyone there would also be prudent. While they did not desire them to be exactly nearby, the potential for them to be nearby if needed would definitely be preferable. The clinic's hours were over, but there were still some personal projects and published papers that would be pleasant to peruse.

Fikk was a question. On the one hand, their behavior was problematic. On the other, it appeared that they possessed little that could actively help or hinder.

There was a word for this feeling... "Apathetic"? No, too distanced. "Indifferent"? No, too uncaring. "Ambivalent"? Yes.. that seemed about right.

Fikk was a loose end in this, and had some things to answer for. It was more than likely up to Gath about what they would do with him.

"Tomorrow evening, then?"

The traceries of light fade from the Android as they pull back the attempt to probe into their systems. Taking their cue from the others, they nod, as if to themselves, and make to depart, making notations in the air as if they were on their personal display. If anything, they had to maintain the ruse that they attempted. Giving up halfway was a certain tell that it was false.

"That does sound pleasant", they add. "Are tickets required for entry?"

There was some consideration in that the day is not the day of the event, but Locket did imply that a loss of time could mean a loss of life. At the very least ongoing trauma could be prevented, and in that case, the sooner the better.

A partial mimicry in the manner of Thak's head tilt, and the Android righted their head and regarded the door. Depending on the system, just attempting the door could be problematic. However, this was further from the core and the essential systems... It posed an acceptable risk.

"Sen, please assist?"

Traceries of light spun up around around their body, as if accents to the contours of the Android's frame, streams of imitation data flowing along those traceries, as a small cubed node of light floated just above the palm of the hand they offered to the Shirren.

A contextual representation of an open link.

The light smoothly dimmed, similarly to the level of how obvious this attempt would be, until the streams of data were mere wisps of light drifting over and around.

The digital manner of their self-taught jockey comrade would offer insight into their skills, as well as assuage a curiosity— aid never hurt. Their manner was technical and precise, shifting blocks and surfaces of code as one would a puzzle box, opening and unfolding deeper, halting and sliding the traceries to make doors, windows, keyholes, and connections.

There was half a smile on the Android's face at Gath's comment. There was an odd sort of pleasure in Fikk's discomfort. Pleasure? Perhaps it was a bit of righteousness, as well. Rarely did anyone get to be such a direct hand in something like this.

The Android is at a loss, though Sen's question did cause them to turn their attention to Fikk. Curious if he knew anything more, Goldenarms inquired.

The drink was received, lifted in recognition of the one who provided it, taken, and set back down. A moment was taken to savor the taste, appreciate its complexity, and give another nod to Ms. Galvano, impressed more than they expected at the quality.

Sen had their attention next, partially for their denial of the offering, which was... reasonable, all things considered. Thak was... Not doing the best, but his response belayed any inquiry in this company.

Fikk had so far managed to stay small and mostly unnoticed. Remarkable.

Goldenarms had moved to stand by Gath and a little behind Fikk to prevent them from attempting to escape, should the motivation to do so suddenly arise during this exchange. Then again, a refused invitation to sit in a situation like this may be misconstrued as them thinking that they did not have enough security to manage a conversation like this. There were so many nuances in a situation like this that the Android was glad that they had accompanied their charge through the "Comportment Handling Assessment Retinue Masterclass" School as their retainer.

Granted, they were perhaps assuming more of their host than was reasonably expected, but it never hurt to be more accommodating than less.

"Hello Ms. Galvano, my designation is 090LD-0RO, but please call me 'Goldenarms'. The individual that is being corralled is Fikk, while Gath is the one 'encouraging confidence' in him. The Lady is Sen, while the composed individual is Thak. Our final individual is Locket."

A smile and a nod was given as they performed what was referred to as "establishing tone" in the school, and for a moment the D.E.A.R.S. flickered and imagery of a butler was seen around them for a second before it faded.

The slight narrowing of their eyes at the heuristics of the unit may have been missed, as they tried not to let it distract them. It was going to be thoroughly examined at the first opportunity, however.

The Android could recognize the tones of authority, and the complete certainty of what could happen if the instructions were not followed. That was a point in their favor, they supposed. The same tone was used for patients that were too stubborn for their injuries, or somehow thought that taking twice the amount of medicine would get them better in half of the time... Void, those patients were something.

Not wanting to be anything like those patients, they kept to the road with no deviations, and as they had come on... well, business of a sort, they did not expect any issue, especially with the candor that Gath had demonstrated.

"It was a respectable approach and reception. Little room for misunderstanding, which should prevent potential harm occurring upon the majority of us."

Fikk... well. They doubted that his introduction and role in this would see them unharmed. Moreover, their ambivalence at that concept bore some introspection later.

A nod of acknowledgement was given to Thakk, giving a slight smile at the compliment. A look was given to the others lingering only a second or so. Could what they had done been accomplished by any average person?

For that matter, would the average person even care enough to try?

It was something to consider. Perhaps it was a rare percentage of circumstance. There was probably survey data that could give an average percentage for a person being willing to do what they had done. Certainly, it was better than any of the games of chance that one could find around here.

"Perhaps we are..." The thoughtful look was levied across all of them, weighing the concept. "...sustaining an injury for a shared goal undoubtedly moves us beyond 'acquaintances'. What more would we need to do to be considered 'companions'?"

...Perhaps it was a factor of time?

As things come to a pause for the moment, the Android speaks up.

"While Galvano is a known name—" a wave of their hand sent the details on the Galvano name and information that could be found, most notably the Galvano scrapyard nearby. "–the Lashunta... "Domash" has no significant presence in regards to data trails. I suspect the name is an alias."

The graphical image of a couple scraps of hardcopy (just how dated was this theme package intended to be?) fluttered out from their hands as they sent the files to those that had given him contact permission with the data that they had found.

The sense of annoyance was recognized and discarded. They did not feel that the luxury of being an "elite beta tester" of early features was not the prestige that their charge made it out to be.

While the others continued their impromptu interrogation, the flicker of the D.E.A.R.S. unit powering up around them indicated an action of some sort, the flickering overlays settling into a lighted— if stylized– version of a long coat and fedora. That the articles of clothing were monochrome, their grayscale stark against the dim-and-detritus setting of their location.

Digital rain seemed to fall, dripping from the angle of the hat, and running down the long coat quite artfully, before it flickered and faded with the faintest of expressions that could be read as "apologetic".

"I am checking the names. Please disregard any visual displays, as they are part of a 'context themed reactive package' that I was unaware was enabled."

With the immediate chance of harm resolved, the Android went to check on Gath. They gave a quick pass of their hands over their wounds taking a scan of the injuries before shaking their head ruefully. 'Similar, but unfamiliar', was a term that they had heard used on occasion in the instructional feeds they had studied, and this appeared to be the case.

"There is not much that I can do without a Medkit. I can ascertain that the wounds are not life-threatening, but it is obvious that they will require attention", they informed Gath clinically.

They began looking at the others, assessing their states. "Is anyone else injured?"

It appeared that Thak had the same thought, and Goldenarms noted the (ongoing) damage that was being done to the goblin.

Despite the general public distaste for the hardy creatures, there was a fair amount of respect there as well, at least personally. These persistent creatures not only survived in areas that were almost inhospitable, but thrived. Granted, the birth rate coupled with the survival rate, which was also dependent on local resources and competition made for a high turnover— but here they were, still.

Quite respectable for a species just as likely to die to random accidents caused by them as to survive them. Humans did the same, they were just tenacious enough to learn how to widen their percentages, and did it first.

That stray thought was distracting, and instead of stacking the injuries onto the magic-using goblin, the Android aimed a shot down the container at the one in the green. Perhaps a bit of shared pain would make them reconsider their intent.

Uncertain about what was going on, unable to see around the container, the Android moved to a better location to let them see. The lack of safety inherent in moving to a position to identify the danger was not lost on them.

Goblins. Troublesome individually, moreso in numbers, and this was definitely trouble. While they did have a weapon, it was more suited to deterrence.

They resolved to make their shots count.

When the door was opened, Goldenarms stepped a little to the side of the doorway— one reason was to get out of the way of the others that would have been going in, and the other was because desperate individuals in the shows always fired indiscriminately through them once they were opened by someone they did not favor. It seemed wise to wait several seconds.

When Gath's rumbling sounds out when gunfire had not, they looked in before entering, joining the others at the side of the bin, but looking around at what may have once been storage, perhaps? Or a step into the inner working of this part of the station?

"I am medically trained, if someone is hurt", they offered in the wake of Gath's words. That the meaning could have been taken less than favorably was something that occurred to them only after the words had been said. The timing could have been better.

Just arriving, the Android took in the number of individuals trying to get through one door with some curiosity.

Often, locked or even closed portals were often the source of much consternation, they had observed. It was often to the amusement of others, seeing the actions that would be taken to release the lock on the portals.

Was this... "amusing"?

It certainly bore some similarities to the patterns of many jokes that were referred to as "strange colored".

"A Shobhad, Brenneri, and Shirren stood in front of a locked door...", they began, testing the feel of the words against the pattern.

A moment of consideration, and they shook their head, discarding the idea, and cast about for anything that would serve as a prybar.

A hint of a frown shows across Goldenarms' face, just the barest furrow of his brows and a slight bit more of a squint to their features. If their comm units were not grossly out-of-date, which was anything older than the third iteration— something about a 'rule of threes' that may have been more of a social or culture adoption in the circles that they orbited– then responding to the message with its embedded location activation and request tags was barely an action of a second depending on make and interface.

Gath was not someone that they expected to even own a comm, but Sen seemed savvy enough.

"I have no response. A minor effort cannot be spared, it appears."

They did not need to raise their head from the comm interface like most as it was soft-integrated into his systems, but it was a slight effort to focus through the displays to ascertain their position in the neighborhood. As they were not possessed of any grand combat capability, the immediate surroundings were something that they had covered in some detail.

"They have disappeared out the back, I was checking what maps the station may have available to perhaps predict their direction of pursuit."

Without any direction indication from the others, the Android had the most recent maps that could be found without having to circumvent security to do so. If it became necessary, they were already considering which department to use for entry.

One of the benefits of the newer-tiered products was that the display options were often less obtrusive than some of the other, older models. A benefit to his race meant that while he appeared to e standing outside of the club, deciding on a direction to stroll— though he was very aware that he stood out in this level of the station– with the Breneri.

Everyone starts scattering in their chosed directions due to the message that got sent, and the Android had a moment to look bemused. He had just settled into the seat and was getting a feel for the place when the notice arrived. It was a plus that they had not ordered a drink, at least. Nonetheless, while everyone scrambled towards the back, they stood and hurried out of the front, intending to keep pace with their pursuit.

That their exit allowed a bit of deniability to their employer was also helpful.

<Sharing location to coordinate movement>, came the message as they also spun up what map of the general vicinity they had.

They understood that the lot of them moving together was certainly distinctive, let alone the group of them skipping the line altogether. However, the way that places like this worked was somewhat known to them, and the pending alert for fifty credits should have gotten the attention of the ones working the door. That way, when they arrived, the flash of liquid gold from his arms that he had pulled up his sleeves to show briefly, as well as the mention of a name that had rented a large part of the place out during the off-hours might be enough to get them entrance.

"Good afternoon, gentlemen. Tell me, is Orion's rental still in effect?"

Orion being a not-too-distant pseudonym of the Loren group's daughter, used when she was "making deals" as she called it. That she insisted he always wear something that showed his arms should be enough to prove that they were who they said they were, as well as demonstrate that this situation may just be outside of their purview.

'"A little bit of flash, a little bit of cash"', she had once remarked to him with a cocky grin. 'Those two things can open a wide array of doors, if you use 'em right. There's a third thing as well, but we are polite company, so it does not need to be voiced.'

It was a novel thing to be down here without playing attendant to Ori. There was more leisure to listen to the music— to which they were bobbing along with what sounds were audible outside of the club– while taking in the surroundings. Admittedly, the surroundings were not somewhere that they would venture without an imperative, but there was an enjoyable vibrancy about the area.

As everyone seemed to be employing their skills to the best of their abilities, this was... enjoyable. Once they intended to enter the club, there was likely going to be something that they could do for the group, but it was quite...

Hm. It took a second for Goldenarms to search up a lexicon for the feeling, "centered" seemed to be applicable.

Novel, indeed. Until the time came, they would keep watch and absorb what they were seeing.

With everyone focused on finding their next lead and seeming to do quite well at it, looking around seemed to be the better choice, as what could be done was already being done. While they were not all locals, it was often beneficial to remain aware of the surroundings. This place seemed somewhat familiar, however. Perhaps if it came to it, the same individual that was often working the door when accompanying Oriane. A few credits and a correct question may see a benefit.

With a couple of the others engaging with the locals in their search for information, the Android looks at the line for the club and then the group, considering a simple bribe to get in, but Gath was certainly not dressed for it— to say nothing of Sen's current accessorization. So he approached Sen, stopping just out of arm's reach for the Shirren and gave a nod of his head to the others. "It appears that questioning the locals is the plan. Do you have any other suggestions?"

The Android's attention was jumping between Sen and the others as they discussed possibilities. They were not familiar with the club, not having seen the need to visit such places personally, though the locale was not an unfamiliar one, having been to such places as a "personal attendant". A tilt of their head indicated them perusing the appearance of the group and considering the likelihood of them seeing more trouble than they might have preferred.

"Is anyone familiar with where we are headed?"
