I don't usually throw grenades, so don't worry about being splashed. Those lice guys were just immune to hole puncher's fire damage. Gogglez builds his barricade as he sends Hole Puncher out and around the corner to open fire on these smoky duergar. "Smoke dudes? Can we even hurt them yo?"

Yeah, I referred to the FAQ in my post. I guess "any time" overrides the 1/day thing. I think the FAQ would have been clearer if it was wordered in opposite order. "Any time a mechanic takes a 10-minute rest and spends a Resolve Point to recover his Stamina Points, he can also choose to repair his drone as part of that same time period. This is an exception to the normal rule that you cannot perform any tasks while taking a 10-minute rest to recover your Stamina Points. Additionally, once per day, a mechanic can take 10 minutes to repair his drone without spending a Resolve Point, which then recovers 10% of its Hit Point maximum." Italics are something I added.

I can only repair the drone once per day, but it doesn't cost any resolve to do so. Reading the FAQ again, it's wording a little weird. Can I repair the drone every time I spend RP and 1 time for free/day or just once a day ever? If I can repair it multiple times, I have all my RP still, so I can repair it 5 times for 10hp before resting, then 1 time for free in the morning for 12 ontop of the 2 it already had for 14. That's not too bad.

"Sounds good yo. I'll need an extra ten minutes to try and fix some of the damage on Hole Puncher, but we've still got plenty of time." Gogglez says as they head back to the ship. After resting for 8 hours, Gogglez spends 10 minutes repairing Hole Puncher a little more. Hole Puncher no longer sparks as it flies about, but it's still pretty wobbly and one propeller looks like its about to fall off.

I can handle computers, engineering, physical science, culture, and I have profession (mechanic) that might be equivalent to maintenance worker here. I imagine I have some overlap with z data z at the very least so let me know what you want me to take the lead on. I also have the roboticist background, so let me know if that applies at all here. Who has the fire extinguisher? Gogglez will spend his turn trying to grab it and use it on Bones. As for the unconscious lice, I can't hurt the creatures any other way, the damage I rolled was pretty low, and I didn't think we needed to keep them all alive. To that end, I'll let you guys knock out the big guy. Gogglez realizes his Drone might not be able to hurt the lice, but it can distract it!

Yeah, I know I can repair him to 2 hp, but that is a lot less than 20. Seeing that the party only wants to take a short break, Gogglez tries to piece together what he can of Hole Puncher. After ten minutes, Hole Puncher is able to fly around again, but barely. Sparks shoot out constantly and the flight is pretty wobbly, but that's all he has time for. Spending 1 RP on my stamina as well as bringing Hole Puncher to 2hp.

I didn't even consider that AOE attacks could damage the barricade, I was just thinking of intentional attacks to it. Don't forget we were given a healing serum at the beginning of the mission. I've got the grenades, but they aren't too useful in this situation.

Can you confirm if going prone behind the barricade is enough to upgrade it from partial cover to full cover? "The barricade grants partial cover against attacks with line of effect that pass through it. If the barricade is in a square that already granted partial cover, it instead grants normal cover". The idea here being that, if prone and not looking around the wall, it should cover more of his small body. reflex save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16 +1 if partial, +2 if normal cover, +4 if improved cover Doesn't look like it really matters though since you don't gain evasion like in pathfinder.
