Concerned for Beryl's wounds, Gnoda steps closer to her and lays a hand on her shoulder.

Implanting Psychosomatic Surge in Beryl.

Then Gnoda brandishes his cane at the badger. "Shoo, shoo. Bad dog! Run along!"

Cast Mental Block, Will DC15 avoids. If this spell succeeds it will likely block her access to her animal companion class feature for the duration (assuming it IS a class feature, and not just some random angry badger).

Painful Hypnotic Stare still imposing a -2 Will penalty, and adding 1 point of precision damage per round as long as Cetanna is hit at least once.

Gnoda shakes his head glumly, and focuses his will upon the feral woman. With a further effort, Gnoda reaches out his hand. A burst of bright colours explodes around the woman.

Hypnotic Painful stare on Cetanna, then hit her with Colour Spray. DC16 Will avoids; -2 Will save from the stare.

Aware that colour spray could end the fight before it's begun - she's positioned just right for it though.

Gnoda steps out from behind Felix and uncoils his whip, giving it a <crack>. He fixes his gaze upon the aggressor in blue.

"Anger. Aggression. Fear. These are the paths into darkness, mmmmm."

Painful hypnotic stare vs blue. -2 Will saves, and takes 1 precision damage the first time he takes damage in a round; Gnoda always makes targets forget his stare.

Psychosomatic Surge grants 1d8+1 temp hp when triggered; Gnoda triggers it when Felix is next wounded. If a wound would drop Felix below 0hp he gains an additional 1d8 temp hp.

Gnoda trusts in his ability to read the flow of the cosmic life force better than his understanding of words and body language. He settles into the background and studies the maimed veteran quietly.

This only works at all if Gnoda can study Imad for ten minutes. Gnoda is using Aura Reading to gauge the man's alignment. DC is 15 + HD.

Gnoda has learned a new trick: Fearsome Guise. This is a 24 hour Disguise Self that he can apply, dismissing it when you attack to make an intimidate check against your target. Dismissing it is always optional, so if you want an all-day disguise just ask. One other consideration is that Gnoda can only implant one trick at this level, so this prevents him using Psychosomatic Surge.

A strange looking little man hobbles into the tavern, aided by a walking stick. He resembles a gnome, but his skin is green. He has little hair on his head, save for large white tufts above his ears and a long white plait that falls onto his shoulder.

The green gnome follows the barkeep's directions to the room in the back, and sets down his (very well-organised) pack.

"Mmmmm, these victuals appear ample." He nods his thanks, and helps himself to a large quantity of cheeses and meats. It is only when he has eaten his fill that he acknowledges Abdara. "Mmmmm, it is good that a strong team is kept together. Are the others here, too?"
