Isama charges after the gardener, Mia's bolt misses, and squeeky takes off after it. Ophelia's Tanglefoot bag arcs through the air, spattering the Gardener in goo.

This slows it sufficiently that it fails to reach the door of the room before the guards come back on duty.
"Intruders!" it shouts coming towards them. As they turn in unison to look at the group, it lashes out, decapitating one. The gardener then tries to head out the door, only be to intercepted by the headless manservant.
Okay, it charges them for attack: 1d20 + 16 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 16 + 2 = 25 damage: 2d6 + 6 + 5d6 ⇒ (4, 5) + 6 + (1, 1, 5, 3, 6) = 31

I'm happy to say it is beaten to scrap if we want to stop here.

The Gardener turns back to Mia, who is bravely sheltering the door with her body, the after effects of Diene's wards slowly fading. Its eye-glow seems to brighten than dim. It looks around - and flees.

Running through Castor's square as much as anything, it bolts up the coridoor towards Thirus.

Okay - at this point Mia is blocking Diene, who is blocking the door. The way is clear for everyone to pile in - charge is okay. Acrobatics roll DC 29 for flanking.
I'm anticipating this is probably going to be the end of the combat.

It raises the flaming scythe above its head, shouts the same goblin word, and brings the red hot metal down on Mia
