Female Snake Animal companion 1

Having stalked him for much time Garm settles into the supports of one of the ships corridors, waiting to lunge as Scourge passes directly under her.
Bite!: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 121d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
DC 16 Fort save or contract horrible scurrvy

Garm then retreats having done as her master had commanded.

If needed:

Init: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Retreat to nearest rathole. Stealth if needed.
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

*sigh* So I seem to have spaced that Garms move speed is 20 not 30 somehow. To move where she was desired to be a fast stealth test is needed, meaning that 8 she just rolled? Yeah that's actually a -2. knocking over boxes and in general not being remotely stealthy.

Cuz Garm as already described is a honey badger in relation to continuity. Here is the results of a google search for a tool for this situation.
The wind rustles slightly as a coil of rope moves slightly to reveal what appears to be a map case. Gilded serpents chase the edges and a note is attached. The deliverer of the case unseen save for the clock chiming in the captains room.
Are you a god? the note asks, the scrawl pointed and predatory in style
On opening the note you find

Player:
EXPLLLLOSSSSIIIVVEEE RRRRRUUUUNNNNNEEESSSSS!!!!

GM:
Google is awesome, apparently someone made a spreadsheet for all the NPCs on the ship that can be swayed. With names and places on the ship already set up. Also really easy to edit. Hoping it helps with all this
Skull and Shackles Spreadsheet.

garm init: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
attacking flat footed ac on scourge. So no deflection/dodge/dex. Im going to really hope that was enough because the grapple checks were epic.
Garmbush!!
Aoo garmbush!: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Aoo garmbush grapple!: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
garmbsh r1 pin!: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

-Looks at water spout-
iff the morsssel is going perhapsss masster can be inspired to come. You ssshould not flee in the middle of a game morsssel, it will only mean you die tired when i find you again. you think you hear, though that would be impossible as snakes dont talk.
though I will likely not be bringing nevandi along for the ride but I could very much see a version of garm as a summoners grapple beast. Perhaps he might even make friends with water spout... well maybe.

"Do you miss usss morsssel? It is alright, you and I at least shall be together ssoon."
You think you hear in the back of your mind, but dismiss. It must of been the cooks shoe leather abd fish gumbo acting up to make you hear that dry rasping voice like scales through reeds. That sinking feeling you keep getting must just be your imagination, though the clocks seem to be ticking awful loud recently.
Yep, just bad codfish
most likely this is crew one. Garm is just a honey badger in disguise with his tactical loadout of don' care

*sits in the water off the side of the boat while pirates converse eyes boring into the back of the water based monk licking his imaginary snake chops.*
If ones listens very closely one would think they could hear "Something".

"Yessss, I am your king! bow to me and bring me mice while i sit on this wooden reclining device. Where is my hat! I require one ossstentatiousss enough to properly sssuit my glory!"
A halfling bring out a 3m wide sombrero
"Yeeesssss!!!"

The snake would say were it able to talk or understand the concept of such thing as being a captain or owning things.

Dance: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (1) - 4 = -3
"HA! Morrsells will be mine now! Bring me a hat I desire to eat mice on one of your large wooden lounging apparati!"
IS what the serpent would say, had it the ability to.

"Seerrrpent and Fisssh, Tasssty Morsssell..."
says the great snake who is clearly not talking, someone must have slipped a little extra prize in your grog. Talking sea serpents, what a joke.

Ccccooome back tasssstey morsssell! is what the serpent would say had it words.
The Undine flees from it in a breakneck chase through the bright ocean coral bed just under the waves. The speeds upsetting the local residents and sending clouds of silt up through the water.
Garm fails at a turn and slams into a wall lamenting the loss of her meal.

You are struck by for a moment as to what he meant, then you spot the brightly colored jungle python lunging out from under the ship at you.
Thicker than a mans arm with alternating patterns of blue orange and white the creature bears a maw full of fangs at you with an explosive hiss.
Its stripes glint in the sun as it chases you through the water.
