Take out the leader to stop the attacks, sounds like a good plan, but without a leader, they are going to be wondering what to do, we should offer the alive centaurs guidance and assistance. They are going to be wondering what to do now, whether hunt or find jobs.

Would anyone else have had weapons drawn while walking into town? I would not want to walk into town filled with innocent citizens not under attack at the time we enter with a weapon drawn, even though this will cost me an action on my first turn, as it sends townsfolk the wrong message. But if other players would have had weapons drawn, then I would have as well, because I'd be the odd one out not having it drawn, plus townsfolk look at the group as a whole, they ain't going to pick and choose the individuals who don't/didn't have one out.

perception init: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21 Would we have had reason to walk into this town with weapons drawn? In most towns you don't walk into them with weapons drawn? We were told of dangers here, but even so it could seem against the norm, unless it is a town of nothing but trouble here. |
