I got mine last night. As a DM who's run 1st edition Village of Hommlet and Temple of Elemental Evil and 3rd edition Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, this new version works for me.

Wouldn't it be nice to have Spells printed on cards thus eliminating the need to flip thru the players handbook to find. It would be easier to track which spell your wizard memorized or your cleric prayed for that day.
Would a party composed of PCs with Darkvision and no light source see an undead shadow in a dungeon? How would this translate to game terms?

As far as I know, the Darkhold zhentarim are Cyric worshippers, yet in Dungeon Magazine issue #187 "The Raiders of Galath's Roost", the zhent commander of the citadel, which by the way answers to Darkhold, is a priest of Bane. How can this be? |
