Lets assume that a level 1 wizard 19 sorcerer were to kill a level 15 wizard and take his spellbook. Obviously he being a level 19 sorcerer is able to cast 9th level spells and lower. Him being a level 1 wizard gets him a spell book. Can he then being able to cast these spells inscribe them into his spellbook? Can he cast them? Could he make those spells into scrolls and cast them? What CL would the spells be cast at?
Thank you for taking time to answer.

I have a medium now small character that is already permanently reduce personed. Is there another way to get an additional reduce person on him to get him to tiny without giving up his humanoid form? The character in question is an oracle.

My apologies if already covered but do i run teko with the 15-20 crit range on the longsword or replace his improved crit feat? If there is an established ruling ill run him that way. He is in part one the ravens roost portion if you are looking for him.

If you are proficient in your god's favored weapon and the favored weapon is unarmed (irori) do you get improved unarmed strike for free?

I just want to know if I cast a spell as a purely divine caster (this case oracle) that only appears on arcane spell lists (achieved through bonus spells or what have you) does the spell come out arcane or divine ( for the purposes of arcane spell failure)?

So my question comes with being able to cast reverse gravity as a hafling level 12 oracle. The favored class bonus allows for me to add 1/2 level to oracle for purposes of oracle curse ability so if I take this 6 times at level 12 I will have unlocked the spell reverse gravity. If I have the charisma to cast the spell, have a high enough charisma to have an extra spell of that level and thanks to class abilities have the spell known can I cast reverse gravity at level 12? This would mean I only get one casting but it seems to work to my understanding.

Do the hybrid classes still count for fulfilling the prerequisites for feats, or class abilities?

One example would be spell mastery (feat) where you have to be a first level wizard to take it. Does Arcanist fulfil this prereq?

Also If I were to go Bloodrager and Barbarian could I use my bloodrager levels when considering that Rage powers I could use?

For example as a 4th level barbarian with 2 levels bloodrager, could I take a rage power that requires me to be 6th level barbarian?

I am curious as to how the Shard of Lust works in society play. I'm particularly curious about its penalty which states that if you haven't had sexual relations with another creature in the past 12 hours you are sickened. Is this just for the home game or am I expected to have my character mid-game commit sexual acts with other creatures?
