Hmm..according to the advice they give with the additional rules with the chronicles there are a bunch of lvls which have an * and are adviced to be run at slow lvl, which include lvl 4 (Godhome) and lvl 5 (The Drowned lvl). Which just looking at the table is....odd advice. If we hadn't taken slow advancement we'd still be on track till dungeon lvl 10 before we need slow track..it would just mean we'd be at the top lvl range instead of being in the adviced middle lvl. Guess I should have payed a bit better attention before

Not that it mattered this round since the attacks missed, but the -2 to hit the mud thing gets from my star dust lasts for 4 rounds - so 2 more rounds left Fysus once more gives Soro some guidance "Hit it in the...squishy parts?"
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus summons down little motes of starlight which rain down onto the mud creature covering him with little sparkling light which distract him as they blink on and off (Using stardust (sp) -> the target sheds light as a candle, and it cannot benefit from concealment or any invisibility effects. The creature takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls and sight-based Perception checks for the next 4 rounds.
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
"..is water or is it earth?.." Fysus is confused about the nature of the enemy and tries to get the confusion thoughts out of his own head and into the opponents (Using misfortune hex, DC 17 will save or roll all D20's twice and pick the worst one for 1 round)
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Knowledge (Planes): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 "What ever it is..it's blocking the entrance..let's see if I can make some room.." Fysus concentrates on the water between him and what ever it was that grabbed Aillig moving it forward in a powerful rush hoping to push the creature back (casting hydraulic push for a bulrush) Modified CMB vs CMD: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20 before taking a few steps back to clear the way for people in case they want to back up "Do we want to draw it in further..or try to push our way past?"
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Yeah, the grab should also be re-rolled..and might end up being a 1 (or a 2 or 3 which also seems to be good enough) ;) Fysus uses his magicaly enhanced swim speed and moves up next to Joey en Aillig after casting a cure light wounds and at the end of his movement touches Joey, letting the healing energy flow from his hand into Jeoy's body. clw Joey: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus focuses his mental might against the watery ways of the eel, trying to cloud it's decision making process into picking the worst option available. (using misfortune hex, DC 17 Will save or roll every D20 twice and use the worst roll)
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Not sure how much time has passed, but I'm assuming it's been more then 4 minutes..so monkeyfish should be gone..so casting slipstream (which last 40 minutes and gives 20 swim speed instead of 10) when we start moving again Take 10 on swim for 10+8 = 18
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus tries to dodge out of the way
Fysus with his hairs standing on edge produces some berries and touches them with his wand goodberry: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5 and eats them, feeling full and refreshed "Anyone else want any of these?" Fysus hands out berries to everyone who wants them
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus tries to aid Joey on his next attack
"What Allig said..bash it on the head"

I'm back now, let's go with misfortune on the construct. as far as I know it's one of the few Hexes that actually work on mindless creatures Fysus twisted mind extends outwards towards the crab construct and starts to bend reality around it (Misfortune, DC 17 will save or roll all D20's twice and use worst roll)

Just to inform you; Monday afternoon till somewhere around Wednesday late in the evening I'll be traveling for work. During which time I may or may not (most likely not) have access to the internet. So I might not be able to update for the next few days.

My lvl in rounds. So 4 rounds or until she takes damage (which wakes her immediatly) or someone wakes her up(The creature will not wake due to noise or light, but others can rouse it with a standard action).

Will save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26 One of Fysus eyes slowly turns around in it's socket as the other stares intently at the bunyip (evil eye, -2 on AC for a 1 round, DC 17 will save or it's on there for 2 rounds)
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Bleed out I can see..but can an Undine actually drown? Just wondering, don't they have like gills and stuff and spends most of their time including sleeping under water? Fysus swims along with Aillig - no point in letting someone go by himself and casts stablize on the undine since we seem like we want to keep her alive
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus looks at the water elemental in a way that makes it seem like his eyes are rolling around independently of each other other in his sockets and it (might) weird the elemental out (misfortune on the water elemental, DC 17 will save or roll all D20's twice and pick the worst)
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Swimcheck: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (6) + 0 = 6 Fysus waves at the others as he goes by. Fysus then takes out a piece of rope and motions to the rest as if tying everyone together Can't we just talk because we have water breathing?
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
Fysus casts his scroll dividing the 10 hours the spell provides across himself, Joey, Aillig and Zcha'zcha (I'll include Makao in it as well so he can save his potion for when he needs it, easier to divide 20 by 5 - 2 hours each) Fysus then casts Monkey Fish on himself, which gives me a climb and swim speed of 10 ft. Not sure if I still need to make a swim check. If the swim speed isn't enough I'll just stick to the wall/floor/ceiling and drag myself forward Swim check if still needed: 1d20 - 0 ⇒ (7) - 0 = 7
HP: 35/35 AC13 (FF12/Touch11/CMD13) Fort+5, Ref+4 Will+11 Init+3 Perc.+5; Darkvision
To make it a bit easier, I can't cackle so Misfortune is gone from the elemental now, it still has a -2 to hit for 3 more rounds though Fysus moves up behind Aillig and gives him a bit of guidance "Maybe hit it dead center and see if that does anything?" (Moving then; Casting guidance on Aillig) |
