I got my package today and the Swarm Thresher Lord I ordered is missing the base. The base in nowhere in the box among the mess of styrofoam peanuts. I would fix the mini but can't without the base.

Can you either send me a large base or another Swam Thresher Lord please.

I ordered a booster case of Pathfinder Battles: Reign of Winter miniatures on January 1, 2021 a long with a booster case of Lost Coast miniatures. I received the Lost Coast booster case but the Reign of Winter booster case was added to my sidecart and has been sitting there for three months now.

Can this case be shipped or is there an ETA for when this booster case will be shipped? I would like to get this last case of PF Battles mini's that I need. :)

My order 36347314 has been stuck in a Package Acceptance Pending for over a week according to the tracking link I was provided with from Paizo. You folks shipped the package back on Feb. 16.

I called UPS and asked them about the status of the package and I was told by UPS that the PZO00003370919 tracking number I was given by Paizo was invalid. They even tried looking up my package with my shipping address and there was nothing in their system.

There was something brought up that I need a tracking number that starts with 1Z so is it possible to get this tracking number from you so I can get an update on my package that has supposedly been sitting in limbo for over a week?

Please stop pending charging me for the Premium Set - Mengkare, Great Wyrm mini. I got it a month ago and you keep trying to charge me $89.99 for it. I have had pending charged between three to five times now for this and the order is still showing as pending even though the dragon mini was moved to another order and already sent, so the order 36318642 should show closed.

I have also been waiting for an email back from Keith since Feb 3 so if someone can reply to that email from dritzden@gmail.com I would appreciate it.

I do not even know where to start. I have been able to call Paizo over the last three years of being a customer and not being able to call is really frustrating. I do not want to hear the default COVID excuse for this. Companies have adapted.

I have placed quite a few extra orders besides having all of the Paizo monthly subscriptions.

I placed an order 36306942 back on December 25 2020. I was charged $56.69 for the Mengkare, Great Wyrm Premium mini. I had to request the wyrm to be shipped because it was still sitting in my sidecart. The Wyrm was moved to order 36318642 and the price is now showing as 89.99 with no discount for having the subscription. Which price was I charged and why am I having multiple charges on my orders? I am so confused as to why this is happening now. I have charges for $89.99, 77.45, 72.14, 89.00, 478.90. What are all of these charges for? I think I was double billed for the Wyr mini. Why can't I just be charged the price for my order instead of multiple transactions.

I also ordered a case of Reign of Winter minis back on January 1, 2021. Now I am told on my first post they are out of stock? Why was I able to make this purchase and now be told they are out of stock? Are these on backorder and will I get this case of minis or am I out of luck now?

Another thing. Large orders I have made have pelted me for shipping charges and my orders are shipped in multiple boxes. I can see shipping the miniature cases independently but why take 2 single mini's I order and put it in its own pack when I ordered around 30? This makes no sense.

Lastly, every single case of mini's I get from Paizo has 10-15+ broken mini's. What is going on in the warehouse? There is no reason to have this many broken mini's in a case. I have ordered twenty-ish cases from Miniature Market and out of all of those cases I have gotten around six broken minis which of those most of those minis feet came out of the holes in the base. Something has got to be going on in the warehouse rough housing this stuff.

Another questions about the miniature subscription. Is Paizo trying to phase this out? The price has jumped almost 180.00 per case with a retail of well over $600. Why offer a subscription if you can get the same price somewhere else.

This is so confusing and frustrating.

I would really like to talk to someone about these financial transactions and do not want to talk about this on an open public forum.

Please ship the case of mini's in my sidecart a long with all of the premium minis that were released several months back. I ordered the case of mini's at the beginning of the month and the premiums have been setting there since the pre order.

I also made a post several months back on a bunch of broken mini's I got in a case and would like to hear back to the ticket.

Hello. I purchased a full case of Ruins Of Lastwall miniatures back on May 28th and I just got around to opening them up last night live on Stream and I got eight broken figures in the case.

I have ordered several cases of these Pathfinder Battles miniatures and never got any broken figures until this case. The case was not damage on the outside but unfortunately the miniatures were broken.

Here is a list of the broken figure.

Warmonger Devil, peg was broken and another second piece was broken off
Scorpionfolk, peg was broken
Lastwall General, peg was broke and on side
2 x Jyoti, both pegs broken off
Poltergeist, broken off of peg
Arazni, clear magical spell broken off of hand
Vanth Psychopomp, broken off peg. Tail also broke off.

I was unable to post an image in this thread so here is a link to the picture I took of the broken figures.

I would really like these broken figures to be replaced. Do I send these back to you for replacements?

I received my order #30173121 and I did not receive the Pathfinder Second Edition logo T-Shirt but instead was sent a black and blue Starfinder shirt instead.
