Fenn only has 30ft of movement, so the whole thing would take 2 moves. If possible he'll ready his sword as part of the second move. Otherwise, he'll just move out of the way.

Fenn is quickly coming to realize that being a Pathfinder requires quite a bit more thinking than he was prepared for.

Keeping his voice as low, he addresses his companions, "So, they's crimnals, right? Only, they's seen us, and they's not raisin' a fuss. So, it's got me thinking maybe they think that we're someone else. So, I'm thinking we could pretend..." Hearing Xyu's voice, he stops and glances up the Wayang and then across to the ship.

"...or, we could do magics and jump aboard. Wanna yell up to 'em in case they still don't 'spect us?"

Well, I was looking for the refund thing and didn't see anything saying that he had actually agreed to it.

For the other part, I was deliberately having Fenn tell the wrong person because he forgot who we were supposed to be getting the refunds for. I'll work on making it more obvious when I'm trying to make him do something unintelligent.

Fenn rubs the back of his neck, apparently still recovering from the shock the orc gave him.

I'll have to get over that more quickly next time. I'm supposed to be a pathfinder. And now I gots to say something smart...

Fenn clears his throat, "Right, we also asked about the err... refund? And uh, he said no..." Fenn looks sideways for a moment, "...actually, I think he just changed the subject and we didn't press him no further..." Fenn recovers himself, "Any case, we didn't get no refund but we did get the info like we was saying." Fenn punctuates this last but with a broad smile.
