"Well, that was interesting... I just watched an inexperienced Hao Jin when she was starting to make the Tapestry. She was having issues keeping plants and animals alive when moving them over."

"Then suddenly I saw an enormous black sapphire radiating necromantic magic. Hao Jin was using the sapphire to siphon off dying souls energy departing for the Great Beyond. The energy was being infused into the fabric of the Tapestry.."

Free Action: Use Martyr's Shard 1 boon; weapon now counts as Good Aligned and Cold Iron for purposes of bypassing DR and Regeneration. Will mark it off my chronicle.

Cherub bites at the devil.

Effective AC against him is 30 for Cherub.

Father Nicholas swings his sword, Iomedae's Light, at the foul devil!

Messed up my Bestow Hope; meant Grisaia instead of Lyla.

Nicholas activates his power of Bestow Hope, targeting Faustus, Spenser, Cherub, Lot, and Lyla. DR 3/-

Next he activates his Power of Faith.
Standard Action: 30ft Radius around Nicholas shines bright and grants everyone within it +1 to AC, Attack, Damage, and Saves VS Fear. If they take ability damage, they can recover 1d4 once per day while in the light.

Cherub flies forward, and attacks the devil with the light of Faustus.
Flying 5ft above the devil.

Bite: 1d20 + 13 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 13 + 1 + 1 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

Cherub's AC for moving boosts to 30.

Brought in my Hippogriff also, cause Father Nicholas is a whole lot more useless without Cherub.
It has Squeeze so it's ok getting in.

Also as far as doing What Prestige is Worth...

Yeah, playing that scenario with Father Nicholas might be worth doing, or one of my DA characters with Zarta being there.

"Indeed. This would be beneficial for all of us in the end if you let us retrieve the engram from the devil." Nicholas then counts out his allies...

"Hmmm a bit more of us than I am usually prepared for, but that's alright. Should a fight happen, who would benefit most being in the back lines of battle?"

Asking for my Bestow Hope to give 3 DR/- for up to 5 allies.

Before even beginning what he was about to ask, Father Nicholas stops and says "I'm sorry, prodigious devil?"

"So if the acolyte Yakomo is busy he will certainly be one of the later ones to visit, I would assume."

"Does anyone else know who Chaldira Zuzaristan is? I cannot say I have heard of that deity before."

"Wait, really?" Father Nicholas looks somewhat dumbfounded the news in regards to the Hao Jin Heirophant.

"I am afraid that regulations may need to wait for a while, Eleven-Sun-Truth. The issue we come on behalf of is planar stability; as the Hao Jin Tapestry is collapsing. If we do not visit her now, many will die."

Father Nicholas tries to urge the importance of their visit to the Flying Metallic Sphere.

"Audience with the Sorceress Hao Jin, please."
He detects no evil upon the guardians, and offers a toy as they have been good all year.

Ahhh fun times... One of these days I might be able to actually play that scenario, instead of running it 3 times.

"That would be most helpful, friend Esfir. Let us go at once." Nicholas urges Cherub forward.

"Her proper name, at least to our knowledge, is Hao Jin."

"What my Aasimar friend says is true. We are here on behalf of the Pathfinder Society to hopefully find her, and with haste."

"Ho ho ho! All my papers are checked and cleared." The gnome wearing decorative red and green who rides on the back of a large hippogriff says. "Though we should be quite capable of getting her back without any violence. I believe in us to save the Tapestry."

Father Nicholas will be spending his downtime getting ready for Crystal Hue this year.

The Santa Gnome believes in the best of everyone, and welcomes the Asmodean (Even if its a bad idea). Hopefully the spirit of Crystal Hue will warm his heart (Or the fires of hell, whichever first).

I'm noticing we are a relatively bulky group with this composition so far, with plenty of healing!
