Female Human Rogue 2
Estel leans back against the wall as the others discuss attack options, her eyes darting to and fro between them as she compares their ideas, until finally she comes to a conclusion.
"Get this bunch here to run around by the woodline looking dangerous like, shoot a few crossbow bolts and draw back into the woods. Meanwhile, us lot ambush them from behind - sorry if that offends your sense of honour Sir Winston, but this lot aren't exactly fighters yet. What you do have is numbers, and that's what we can use to our advantage, drawing the majority of the Hellknight force away so we can rescue this Arael bloke."

Estel has been mixing with the group quietly, more listening than giving anything away from her side, but she looks up with interest as Winston speaks, only to snort a laugh of contempt at Ranindolf's foolishness. "I'd rather know where this group's leader is before you run off to get yourself killed fool. Or didn't you say he'd been taken by Hellknights? I would have thought getting him back would be first on your list of priorities, after all how will you protect this city if you cannot even protect yourselves?"

Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 Assuming she's within 30ft Estel will sneak attack with her crossbow, otherwise she jumps them with her rapier. The attack rolls is the same, and as far damage goes I'll assume crossbow for now. 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 61d8 + 1d6 ⇒ (7) + (4) = 11 Fail...

"Watch where you step, if we don't hurry up you'll get us all killed!" Estel whispers sharply, rolling her eyes at the clumsy oaf before following on after Morosino. I would appreciate maybe one small encounter, I suppose the rest could be described over, although a sewer chase sounds fun I imagine it would work better on the table.

"Well said Janiven," Estel answers quietly, breaking the moment of silence that lingers after she finishes, "but how do we even begin to tackle this problem? Everyone here is here because they agree with you, and they believe in a Westcrown free of Thrune, but where do we start dealing with such an enormous task?"
Female Human Rogue 2
"Well I grew up in the poorer end of town," Estel begins, looking around at the group Janiven has gathered and noticing a few vaguely familiar faces. "So I've seen many times the depths to which this city has fallen - people shouldn't have to be afraid to walk the streets at night. I've never had any direct contact with House Thrune myself, but we have a... troubled history, even if they are not aware of it. I try to take care of kids from families like mine as best I can, but all too often it's everyone for themselves. They look out for each other though, and I do my best to look after them. Still, every month is more dangerous than the last, that's why I'm here, I want to build a better future for Westcrown."

Estel was likely the first into the tavern, having been watching it for a fair while before hand. When she enters she glances about hesitantly, before settling down at a table, rolling a copper piece over the fingers of her left hand while the other traces a knot in the wood, her eyes apparently engrossed in the task. When others appear the coin disappears back up her sleeve and she sits up straight, carefully looking over the new arrivals one by one. She says nothing yet, making only friendly small talk if approached by Janiven.

Estel is interested but suspicious, and after Janiven leaves looks into this woman's background... Knowledge Local to see if I've heard of this woman or 'Vizio's Tavern': 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 Oh, and just for the hell of it diplomacy to gather information on the same: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 Heh, well I guess I piss a few people off...

Prof, did you catch this? Quote: Estel always hung around the place [Magic Academy] as a kid, trying to pick up bits of knowledge about her hellish ancestry. She's fascinated by planar beings, and wants to know everything that could possibly help her take down Thrune. Other than this detailing, are we waiting on anything else to start?
