So, is there any merit in taking twice the bonded item? (I think not, as wizard level doesn't matter)
Are my stats correct? What about HP, attack, saves ect?

The Arcane Bloodline explicitly states that your wizard levels (not character levels) stack with sorcerer levels when determining the power of the arcane bond.

This means a Bonded Item can cast your freebie spell at CL 38 when your wizard level is at Level 20. Assuming Illusion isn't one of his opposition schools, your wizard could cast Simulacrum and have replicas of Lucifer doing your bidding. Who needs familiars when you can have more than one simulacrum? Better yet, make a simulacrum of a spellcaster, and have it get a mascot familiar that can deliver touch spells for the whole party.

If your wizard is a half-elf, casting Paragon Surge through the Bonded Item will give you early access to higher-level Feats and Arcane Discoveries. At 11th level, placing a permanent Paragon Surge effect on his Bonded Item will give a wizard the Immortality Arcane Discovery so long as he wears it. Alternatively, he could have two Contingency spells placed on him at the same time, and they could both be of 6th spell level.

The compactness of the tome is useful, though not nearly as much as a Blessed Book which actually gives you money. A nifty item for a lower level wizard though. I'd note getting around the darkness requirement isn't that hard for a commoner: Stick a blanket over it and your head.

Hah! That's always an option. But for some reason I can't imagine cabals of Nidalese shadowcasters mentioning that in their curriculum of becoming a dark and brooding edgelord.

What about bonus spells? While they aren't added at the indicated levels, are they on the psychic arcanist's spell list?

I'm a huge fan of the Ioun Wyrd. Such a shame PFS doesn't allow them. Imagine all the shenanigans that could ensue just because the thing found one of the dreaded inky black ioun stones while wandering through the lodge unchecked.

My first familiar ever was a turtle. I had originally wanted the blue ringed octopus for the bonus to swim checks and my GM had this sickness that compelled him to make us get on the effing boat. However, he didn't want to have to take a half-elf wizard with an octopus clinging to his face seriously, and he let me use a turtle with the tortoise's stats and the octopus's swim bonus. The party gets feebleminded except for the gnome magus and the dwarven barbarian, go figure. The gnome beseeches the paladins' deity at their temple-city, and one of the clerics agrees to break the enchantment. My wizard is so grateful to Iomedae he donates 7000 gold to the church, but he later discovers his turtle got feebleminded as well! A druid had diagnosed this after we had left the city-temple, so no breaking of the enchantments for the turtle. When the G.M. starts making the turtle sound like a Pokemon voiced by Dana Carvey, it's time to end that bond.
