Does Skelg count as a NPC Pathfinder agent or agent of an allied organization? We clearly aided him.

Chronicle looks good, but it looks like the game is not reported yet?

This one was a lot of fun. Thank you for running and for the invite, Poblano!

Hug, if it would help.

Enora gives the woman a long, hard look and then holds out the lantern to her.

We seem to be picking wrong every time who should aid...

Gitano, I'll let you take the lead, here. Better bonus, plus Enora has helpful.

dipl. assist: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 +4 to someone else's diplomacy check

"Skelg seems to be freezing from the inside out."

"We are here because we are trying to help Skelg. He was cursed with this magic lantern. Do you know anything that might be helpful to us? We would be glad to help you in return."

diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Enora investigates the magic mask.

(has detect magic memorized)
spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24

Enora lifts her staff and uses it to send four hard little pellets of magic at the enemy in front of her (yellow zombie)

4d4 + 4 ⇒ (4, 1, 1, 1) + 4 = 11

kn. religion: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

Poblano, thank you for letting us know. Prayers and best wishes to your family.

Do you need someone to let the relief GMs for the special know you need help?

Enora takes the lantern and goes back to the basement where the tapestry was. When the whole team is gathered there, she drinks a potion of resist energy, and then tries to use the lantern to activate the portal.

Was Enora's spell used? I need to know for spell slot tracking.

Enora tries to stabilize the enemies who are down.

heal: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (20) - 1 = 19
heal: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (14) - 1 = 13
heal: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (14) - 1 = 13

Enora looks at the nasty cleric who has caused all the problems, and decides to try to keep him from hurting her friends. She looks at him, opens her mouth, and sends out a magical screech that no one else can hear. She uses her magic to amplify the sound (spend 1 point to increase DC by 1)

damage: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 DC 16 fort save halves damage; dazed if does not make save

out of level 1 spells for the day.

Enora moves around so that she can send a wave of flames over the remaining thug without hurting any of her new friends.

Casting burning hands
damage: 4d4 ⇒ (4, 1, 1, 3) = 9 reflex DC 15 for half

(now 1 level spell left for the day)

damage from last round: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3

Enora notices the impact on Bengeirr and continues to assault him with sound.

damage: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 3) = 9

My apologies if my posting is still flaky. My kids and I went to our first day back at our homeschool coop since Christmas yesterday, and that by itself is exhausting. Then, it was one of the three weeks we were assigned to clean the church we meet at. We had to stay for 2 hours longer than usual, during most of which I was doing far more hard physical labor than is normal for me, like moving heavy wooden tables around. I went to bed an hour and a half early, and still feel like my head is stuffed with cotton wool.

Enora moves forward and opens her mouth to scream at Bengeirr. casting ear piercing scream

I'm sorry, guys, I just had the longest day of about the past year, and am too tired to think clearly what to do here. If someone wants to bot me, feel free to use up a spell slot or staff charges.

I've always heard it that you send one, then see what happens, then send the next, and it continues.

Enora looks to see what spell is being cast.
spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16
Evidently, Enora's upbringing in Rahadoum is a handicap identifying the spell cast by an obvious divine caster.

Then Enora steps back a little and lifts her staff. Four hard little pellets of magic streak out, slamming into the guy in the yellow hat. Any excess missiles should target the purple guy next to him.

1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Enora has a 5 charge wand. Unless this scenario goes on forever, she will not need all of them.

Enora takes a moment to get mage armor on herself from her wand, and then shield from her staff. AC is temporarily 21

Enora swiftly but silently follows the others. Nethys protect us, I hope this isn't a bad idea...

I'm fine with it; we had stalled, and the spells were cantrips.

"Other magic things I could do would be to play 'magical tricks' both visual and sound to distract him (prestidigitation and ghost sound) or make a mist that keeps him from seeing."

"I can make someone invisible for a very short time, if that helps."

vanish, like invisibility but only for 4 rounds

I should be fine; I'm a stay at home mom, so I can just stay where it's cozy with my kids. We have plenty of games to play if we lose internet.

Hey everyone, my home is expecting a nasty winter storm and I may lose power and be unable to post. We already had the power blink off this morning before the nasty stuff arrived. If I don't post, please bot me as needed to keep the game moving.

Enora shakes her head at the stubborn creatures.

"You really want to answer my nice friend, so you don't have to answer my mean friend."

dipl. aid another: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
(Enora has helpful, so gives +4 on an aid)

perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Enora uses detect magic to look around the vault. If the manservant looks skittish, she explains first that she is going to use magic to look around.

"Can you tell us more about Beneirr? Also, what do you know about this lantern?"

"You don't look like you feel very good. Do you need help?" Enora asks.

Enora smiles at the silliness of the big folk, but follows them.

Enora pauses for a second to see if the last bad guy falls over from her new companions' attacks. If not, she lifts her staff and four hard pellets of magic fly out and slam into him.

magic missile: 4d4 ⇒ (1, 1, 2, 3) = 7
staff now has 8/10 charges

Probably a bigger convention than yours, but I'm part of the team. It sounds like you're doing most of it.

Sigh of relief... I spent a good part of today working on things up for the announcement just made in Flaxseed.

Yep, a Venture Agent's work is never done, particularly when part of planning a convention. ;)

Enora silently moves up behind the others. This seems like a situation where being harder to notice may be an advantage.

Enora follows just a little behind Ptehp and Kitajo. She keeps a careful eye out for danger.

I have strong opinions about 'little' stuff like that too, sometimes. I left a game once partly because a GM required that we use his specific format for the header, and he tried to jam an entire character sheet into it. It really bugs me if the header has spoilers in it or is longer than a single line. Luckily, that single line easily hold everything that GMs seem to find really important.

Kalindlara, if you look at our profiles, we have a bunch of stuff jammed into the race, gender, and classes lines because those are shown under your name, and it's very helpful to the GM to provide stuff like AC, saves, and perception in that location.

Yep, I just put that text in. I'll tweak it a little to match my personal preferences later.

A cheerful little halfling looks around. "Artifacts? That sounds fun. Let's Go!"

Thanks, worked fine now. Thank you for two fun games!

I just got an 'access denied' error when I tried to get the chronicle sheet.

I can't tell if we're done, or if there is still more of the scenario...

Enora watches the monks carefully. If they look harmless, she uses detect magic to look over all the stuff around the room, particularly the 'trinkets' and books.

I'll take another chronicle at the level played, and again for character -3.
