I'm not sure I understand the question here, but if I am interpreting your last statement correctly you seem to be asking about outsiders chain summoning other outsiders? That doesn't work RAW as summoned creatures don't have access to their teleportation, summon, and costly material component effects; if a dretch summoned another dretch, that new dretch would not have access to the summon ability. If that's not what you meant then could you clarify?

Yes, this was my main issue, but if the new demon can't summon any other demons all will be good, thanks.

A lot of demons have the summon monster spell like ability with some kind of percentage, so how do you use this in combat?

I'm thinking more on the lines of "dm rolling" it, here's a particular case but it can apply to a lot of other encounters:

I have a 2 dretch encounter, each one has a 35% of summoning another dretch, I believe that 2 is too little with 3 being appropiate, so I'm planning on just summoning an addtional dretch, before the first dretch dies.

I'm curious on how everyone else plays with this, do you just make the roll and let as many demons as they can summon come?

I'm also living in Tampa, near the airport area, I'd like to organize a group to play the Pathfinder Society scenarios or just some of the APs.

Thanks for the answer. I Gm online, so pdfs are the best way for me, but I think I'll have to get it on ebay and clean the good old scanner :(

The Fortress of Unknown Depths is Tenser's home. BTW, the "Return of the Eight" outlines the fortress and the town of Magepoint in considerable detail; maps, floor plans, NPCs, traps, etc. Even if you don't run the mod it's a handy resource for AOW.

Now that wizard took down the pdfs >.<, and I missed the window to get this module >.<, is there any other place where I can get the maps for magepoint and/or the fortress?

I ran Hook Fang Incident and Frozen Fingers of Midnight at Gencon and would be happy to run them locally for fledgling Pathfinders, but what I'd really love is to play as a Pathfinder. If you're a local gamer who's joined the Pathfinder Society but didn't get to Gencon, let's use this thread to get organized.

I'm dying to play a PFS game if you ever find enough people to play in the Tampa Bay Area, please let me know.

I want to start a new d&d 3.5 or even maybe PRPG, campaign using the Fantasy ground software, I've been gming for 10 years now D&D mostly, but I'm open to different styles.
I want to start a new online campaign following the RotR AP, the campaign will be played on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, any time between 6 pm and 12 pm depending on players availability.
I use ventrilo for VoIP, and even if sometimes my style tend to favor rping, this campaign is a little more dungeon oriented.
Hope to read you soon.
