Elizabeth rolls her eyes at both her son and her husband. She smiles at Jimmy then, and makes a breathing motion with her hands, to try calm him down

"I... I need to lie down." Elizabeth says "We will find somewhere to stay." she says as she drags Jacob away. He struggles to get the bottle back to Abomentolor as he was in the middle of drinking when Elizabeth decided to leave

"A RUNELORD!?" Elizabeth shouts in disbelief

"In half?" Elizabeth says asking again, not quite accepting the previous answer

"You... You cut... Someone in half?" She stammers and quickly downs the other beer and holds her hand out for another

"Whaaa?" Elizabeth says. She sits dumbfounded for a moment before downing het drink and holding her hand out for another

"Well it's good he didn't kill him then." Elizabeth says shocked at herself

"So what you're saying is that him sticking the farmer in stone isn't the first time he has done something like that?"

"Thank you." Elizabeth says taking two bottles and handing one to Jakob. She laughs as she notices the face on the bottle

"I vote for the Irespan." Jimmy says after pondering the decision for a moment.

"They were with us for a day and they caused trouble, arriving out of the blue like they did. Never mind that they disappeared in the middle of the night and didn't tell anyone where they were going. "

Elizabeth takes the hand with a smile, "It seems these two cause as much trouble for you as I expected."

"A pleasure to meet you." Elizabeth says once she stops laughing

"I think it might be nice to meet your mother." Elizabeth replies after a moment's thought

"We did some trading at the Bazaar of Sails before." Elizabeth says picking her bag up again, she is so much in shock from so many things that she isn't really responding to anything properly

Encasing him in stone was probably over the top as well. Elizabeth thinks to herself. I remember hearing of those goblins, and the stories of the burning are from about the same time as the goblins. It could be true. She chastises herself slightly for forming an opinion on one side of the story, but she still doesn't hold a high opinion of him

At this point Elizabeth comes outside holding a burlap bag over her shoulder. Seeing the orange haired Gnome, she carefully places the bag on the floor, "Is this Abomentolor?" She asks Gwen

Elizabeth sits for a while before she stands to go pack

"Give me about an hour." Elizabeth responds still slightly in shock

"I honestly don't know the full story." Elizabeth replies

"A'nice guy' doesn't imprison someone in stone over 3 gold."

Elizabeth laughs at Gwen, until she realizes that Gwen isn't actually joking. At that point she stares in abject horror for a moment before asking "And you want his gnome at your wedding?"

"The farmer refused to pay him for burning his barn down."

"He burned down a farmer's barn a couple years ago... He trapped the same poor man in a stone dome in the center of town last night." Elizabeth says as her face falls

"Oh that is fantastic! You have so much already organised." Elizabeth says genuinely excited. "Wait... Did you say Abomentolor?"

"Of course we would love to!" Elizabeth says, "Jakob, go pack." she says, and he listens, standing and nodding to his son before leaving. "Jimmy go help your father. Gwen, do you have a dress? Where will the wedding be? Do you have a priest? Bridesmaids? Who is catering?" and so on and so on

"Whaat!" Elizabeth shouts from inside the house.

Jimmy and Gwen see her walk through a door onto the main hallway, wiping her brow with a cloth, "You weren't here this morning. We were getting worried." she says as she see's them

Elizabeth shrugs and smiles at Jimmy with that "I know I made your life difficult but I am your mother so you can't do anything about it" look

"Actually, I said he has already proposed. There is nothing wrong with a long engagement." Elizabeth says sitting down next to Jakob taking his hand

Elizabeth smiles a small smile and asks "Shall we go back to them?" nodding towards the door back to the other room

"More curious. If someone promising you their eternal loyalty isn't what a proposal, and marriage, are about I am afraid I may have missed something." She says laughing

"Well if that's not a proposal I don't know what you are waiting for." Elizabeth says with a serious hint to her features, but still a smile

"Well you only met us today! You haven't known us long enough to form a proper opinion of us." Elizabeth days smiling at Gwen curiously. "I have always drawn my opinions of people quickly, and I trust Jimmys judge of character... but enough of that. What is this promise he made you?"

Elizabeth can't help but laugh at that, it is a hearty but warm laugh. "You really are such a sweet girl." she says once she stops laughing. "I need to tell Jimmy to get his act together and marry you!"

"Well then the question is why haven't you?"

"He never did do too well with water." Elizabeth says with a laugh, "But it is just like him to try save someone without thinking about himself. You two have experienced quite a bit together, and it is obvious you two are together... Has he proposed?"

Sense Motive: 1d20 ⇒ 12
"It really is obvious Jimmy likes you. But something says there is more to that story?" Elizabeth says smiling.

"That sounds about right." Elizabeth says. She is obviously not used to feeling out of sorts, so it is obvious she is. "You seem to be quite... attached to Jimmy."

"I am curious, how old are you?" Elizabeth asks as she watches Gwen cook, it really is something to watch someone who has never stepped foot in her kitchen cook like she is.

"I am sorry dear. We have already eaten but you are welcome to help yourself. Let me show you around." Elizabeth says quickly standing and showing Gwen to the kitchen.
Jimmy sits and starts talking to his father about the auction in detail as his father pries for information on Magnimar

"Come talk some sense into your son." Elizabeth shouts.

"Explain yourself James!" Elizabeth says, sternly with a look of a scolding mother on her face.

"Don't lie to me Jimmy. Who did you rob? This must be hundreds of gold!" Elizabeth almost shouts

"Whats this?" Elizabeth says, handing Gwen back her wayfinder as she takes the sack from Jimmy.
Her hand sags at the unexpected weight.
After a moment she has the sack in her lap and opens the draw string.
The gold inside glitters and Elizabeth stares at it for a moment slack jawed.

"Well it is certainly better than guarding caravans. Tell me, what have you gotten up to as a pathfinder?" she asks as she leans forward and extends a hand requesting the wayfinder

"Not like any cat I have ever seen before." Elizabeth says eyeing the floaring feline. Turning to Jimmy "Are you looking after yourself?" She asks her son

"Well thats..." Elizabeth says, her grin slipping for a moment before taking place again, "Your pa is out but will be back before sundown otherwise he won't get fed." she says as she walks inside and comes back out dragging two chairs behind her, turning the Noir she says "Do you want a chair too... or a mat... or..."

"Cat got your tongue Gwen?" Elizabeth asks as she steps asside to let everyone onto the patio

"Nice to meet you." Elizabeth says looking at Gwen with that same grin. Honestly it is quite difficult to tell what she is feeling with her face almost locked like that.

"And who is this?" Elizabeth asks opening her arms to hug Gwen while looking at Jimmy
