Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

I think I will take my leave here. Having tried a few different dungeon world systems, I think it's not the right game for me. I do wish you guys luck though, and did enjoy our time together!

As the vehicle begins a SHARP turn, Elan's arm lashes out and grabs the wall of the vehicle, metal buckling under her enhanced strength. She then grabs the closest group member in her free hand.

As everyone piles into the dark van, it becomes obvious that something is flashing on Elan. Looking down at her vest, she says "Huh, guess they shot me with a tracker. You guys wanna do something with this, or you want me to crush it?"

"Fair enough."

"What's the status on the Admin?" asks Elan as she covers the group's retreat, then falls back herself.

Harm: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 4) = 7 Elan has armor 2, so it absorbs the incoming fire.

The dice roller doesn't seem to like us all that much, eh Ganzorig?

When in doubt, Elan will fail her attack rolls. SAD!

Elan will do what she does best: throw down. She seems unconcerned about the incoming fire, determined to get into melee with the robot.

Mix it Up!: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (2, 1) + 1 = 4

"You should hurry things along!" says Elan over the radio as she fires at the first Robot to appear before her.

Mix It Up!: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (6, 6) + 1 = 13 that's 3 damage close/near quick

"On it." said Elan who then moved to cover the stairs, drawing her Custom Handgun and collapsible sword and snapping the sword into place.

"There are tripwires here:" Elan will indicate them "We should avoid." Elan will join Lance at the door as she hears his weapon fire.

After searching the guards, Elan will drag their bodies into the bathroom/a storage closet/a janitor's closet and pile them up.

As the group enters the server farm, Elan pulls security by the door, watching for guards coming this way.

Assess: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 5) = 10 Finally, a good roll. I will spend one hold right now to ask the following question: What do I notice despite an effort to conceal it?

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

"Thanks for the assist." says Elan as the crew comes to her aid. She then begins searching their bodies for two things: radios, or communications, and whatever they use to pass through the building.

I am getting better, but it's not as quickly as I might like. Fortunately I still have quite a few days off since it's the beginning of the year.

and you're right, the dice don't appreciate a good one-liner, apparently.

Sorry, I've been battling the flu the last few days. I'm getting better, but it's still crazy.

Elan snaps out her collapsible sword and then walks out into the area where the guards are at. "Scuse me, you know the way to the first aid station?"

Mix it up (+Synth): 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1) + 2 = 5

"Sounds good to me." says Elan. "I'll deal with the guards, and you deal push on."

He was alt-Tabbed out to look at porn. We've all been there.

Elan nods at Lance. <<Just say the word.>> she says over the comms. <<Although if worst comes to worst, stay behind me and I'll deal with the guards.>>

Gear it is. Since I'm going for something medicinal rather than recreational, I would have gone to the nearest medical university. From there, I would have found the guy who sells things like Riddelin and gotten some sort of anesthetic from him. I would have also gotten some medical supplies.

Elan waited for Lance's signal. I have never worked with him before, but he is quite the professional. she thought to herself as she watched him work.

Hit The Streets: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 6) = 12

Oh, we just need to knock him out for hours initially. After that, we can keep drugging him.

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

Oh great and glorious GM, what sort of roll would I need to make to find drugs? Not something narcotic, but something more rufey-like.

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

"Well, if you like, I can try and get mah hands on some drugs that you can use on him. How long does he have to be out of the way?"

"You are correct. Intel is not my specialty."

When the group comes out from the meeting, Elan is waiting there for them. "Evening all. How'd things go?"

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

Elan will stake 2 once she's dealt in, so to speak.

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

I am still here. I'll make my entrance once the meeting is over.

Site for playbooks and playsheets Don't piss off Elan!

dotting in here so I won't miss again.

Sorry about the delay. Somehow this campaign thread got dropped from my favorites.

2.) Everyone describes an operation they conducted/played a central role in against one of the Corps.

Elan was involved with an asset extraction from Maker Elite, A Bio-Engineer named Yoshi Takawa. It was a fantastically clean extract but there was a doublecross at the exchange.

4.) Everyone says If and how they were involved, and take +1 links with the Character who made it in step two (at least one assistant per mission)

As for my links to the group, I think I likely would have worked with The_Source, who was the team's social engineer. He wasn't physically at the meet when things went down, but he knows what happened as he was on overwatch at the time.

As for Elan's appearance, she is a tall, muscular African-American woman with an obviously chromed cybernetic arm and a ferocious afro. She prefers tight black leather clothing, all of her tops at missing the sleeve on their left-hand side, which is where her cybernetic arm is located.

I think we should start by just taking some B&E jobs and see where that takes us. I'm sure we'll eventually figure out what our specialty is.

I'm actually fine with not killing anyone. Elan is kinda addicted to killing people, but she's on the wagon right now. On the other hand, if fisticuffs are needed, Elan is a force to be reckoned with, since she counts as a small gang by her lonesome.

Ideally, Elan would love to just show up, keep an eye on things during the infiltration, walk out with the group, and collect a paycheck. Life isn't always ideal though.

My corp is Finchetti Biomedical, a company that specializes in high-end combat cybernetics, mainly for milspec/high-end mercenary companies (they're not cheap. They would cost about 20 mil in our current economy for a replacement eye). They don't mass produce them at all, but hand-tool and tailor make them for each client.
