Is anyone creating a crafter yet?

The concept stems from more of story reason. The Half-Orc was severely injured during his youth. A wizard saved his life by rebuilding him into a half-construct. The Half-Orc then became the wizard's apprentice.

I'm interested in this campaign idea.
I have two questions:
1. Is Leadership an allowed feat?
2. Would a Half-Orc/Half-Construct be allowed?
