If you can use 3PP check out Path of War- Expanded. It has the following:
Daisho Expertise (Combat)

Your grace and skill with both the katana and wakizashi is on the level of a prodigy.

Prerequisites: Proficiency with the katana or wakizashi.

Benefit: Increase the damage die of katanas and wakizashi you wield by one die step. In addition, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier when making attack rolls with either weapon. This feat counts as Weapon Finesse for purposes of meeting the prerequisites of other feats.

Special: If you are proficient with the katana as a martial weapon, you meet the prerequisites for this feat, although you only gain its benefit while wielding a katana in two hands (to gain these benefits while wielding the katana in one hand, you must possess Exotic Weapon Proficiency with the weapon). You must possess Exotic Weapon Proficiency with the wakizashi to gain the benefits of this feat with a wakizashi.

Shadow Assassin from The Genius (not sure if it is now under Rogue or still under Super). One of the best assassin classes and it lets you play a non-evil, fairly customisable fun class!

1 person marked this as a favorite.

"......due to not being a light weapon." (Sorry, don't know how to stick it)

A Rapier is actually a one-handed weapon, its just finessable like an elven curve blade (two handed weapon).

Welcome Laz!

Lilith would be by with yer introductory cookies...but she might be scared to visit this thread?!?! *casts Summon Lilith*

In lieu of cookies, here, have a '92 Raising Hell Maiden shirt size XL.

Wholeheartedly agree on Maiden live shows! Have you seen them this tour? Have you seen Turisas on their Paganfest tour this year or last? I havent seen them yet, but my friend has twice and he says they put on a hell of a show too!

Appreciate the warm welcome! No worries on the cookies, rain check.

That would be cool! First time saw Maiden was 98 in England (Virtual XI Tour). Folks naysay the Blaza Bayley era, I kinda liked Virtual XI. Last time was last year in Australia (on there own and headlining Soundfest). I am in the military and have been fortunate enough to see them on 4 continents over the years. 3 to go!

Haven't had a chance to see any of the other bands yet. I'm currently out in the Pacific and am waiting for them to come my way!

Hey folks, Long time browser, first time poster. Saw the thread and said to myself, "Self, you must post!" With that said, in no particualr order (ish):

Iron Maiden
Blind Guardian
Turisas
Iced earth
Lordi

Recently discovered Dragonforce and they are steadily rising!

BTW, if you have never seen Maiden live and get the opportunity DO NOT hesitate! Awesome, awesome shows!

I am currently DM'ing a group of 5. Am also getting the itch to play. Looking for someone to DM some of the time and play some of the time. Any takers? If so e-mail me at lorddarkfire@hotmail.com.
