Greets! I'm just starting a new Pathfinder Campaign for my fellow co-workers after work hours. Last week was our first game. I realized that the first game of any campaign is actually more important than the last game, simply because the first game can dictate the level of enthusiasm comfort and sense of wonder that carries your players to the end. So, this is a little taste of what I delivered to them to get the group inspired up for the game.
Dunkin's Miniature "Archives of Irori" on Imgur Hope you enjoy it and find it inspiring in some way. As always, feedback/criticisms/comments are welcome.
Here's my latest creation (finally complete) used for the final boss battle for a pathfinder game we're playing here at Blizzard. Dunkin's Miniature Pathfinder Cavern Lake Terrain Battleboard on Imgur Enjoy. Comments/questions/feedback all welcome.
This is a continuation of the "Devil We Know: Part 1" custom designed 3D terrain I created for our gaming group. (Warning Spoilers ahead! This terrain recreates one of the dungeons in "A Devil We Know" module for Pathfinder.) "Devil We Know" 3D Dungeon on Imgur. Hope you enjoy.
No spoilers on this one. Just a look at my latest creation for forest encounters; The Forest Battle Board with modular dirt road. Hope it proves inspirational. Dunkin's Forest Battle Board on Imgur As always, feedback/comments/criticisms welcome.
I cannot remember which published dungeon I was recreating, but here's some more inspiration of a 3D dungeon set I created for a client. The design of the pieces were meant to be reusable, thus be as versatile as possible and also work with my pre-existing modular dungeon setup. They are created in Hydrostone (think of it like very fine and hard stone) using Hirst Arts molds (and other custom things) as building block bases. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the final dungeon set up as a whole. :( I simply forgot to take a picture of it assembled.
Hey Katina,
In short, I got everything I ordered and this issue is no longer an issue. Thanks again for your help.
Not sure if this goes here or not but I purchased a selection of items from the Paizo online store. Looking at the order, it appears the shipment was broken down into two shipments. One package has arrived, but the second half of the order never arrived. Is there any way to see if this 2nd half of the order has been forgotten or is it currently delayed? I'll be happy to provide any further information you need. Thanks.
Session #2 of the above module (WARNING: Might be spoilers!). Here's the miniature terrain I used for that. Slightly different than my usual terrain (not really a fan of cardstock sets), however it worked out well. Dunkin's Miniature Ship Terrain for Pathfinder. I was impressed with World Work's design of the ship. Having two ships allows me to use the second ship for the decks below the topdeck.

Thanks all! Glad you like it.Hope it proves inspirational. @Majuba: Ack! You're totally right. Didn't think of that. Deepest apologies. I'll be more conscious of that in the future. I can't seem to find a way to edit my original post. If there is a way, I'll fix it. @Jeff Morse: Absolutely. What's even cooler is that, because it's all modular pieces, I can rearrange this to fit almost any dungeon design. I uploaded a better example here:
If you do like this and want to see more, let me know and I'll post future terrain coming up in our Pathfinder games we are playing.
Not sure if this is bad form to post here or not, but I thought some people might be interested in seeing some of the terrain created for our Pathfinder games. Right now, the party is tromping through Cassomir and brushing up against the Nature's Cataclysm cult in the module "Devil We Know: Part I". This is the recreation of the Inn of the Unlucky Sailor in the module. This is not Dwarven Forge, rather crafted from Hirst Arts molds. Hope you enjoy:
(Let me know if this post does not fit here and I'll remove it) (Additional shout out to the writers, artists and producers at Paizo. Your work is inspirational. Keep it up!)

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed Issue #132's "Caverns of the Ooze Lord". I love adventures that put characters right in the middle of danger without the adventurers even being aware of it until the mystery unravels before them. The player revelations are priceless. At times, it felt like an homage to "Invasion of the Bodysnatchers". Campbell Pentney did a great job writing this one. Are there any other Campbell adventures in past issues?
First off, I really must applaud the wonderful artwork and brilliant adventures in the latest Dungeon magazine. Wonderful work. It's combined effect makes every flip of the page an adventure in itself. But I am curious, has there ever been consideration for incorporating 3D artwork as another style for some of the adventures? |
