"... I see him..." Dorian whispers quietly.
"Rasmus, I lost it. You wanna head back and get everyone else?" Dorian says.
"I think I lost it!" Dorian says in frustration.
"Oh, uh, alright!" Dorian says while running right behind Rasmus.
Gwendal in Dorian's body turns around to the creature behind him and says to it "Don't think I forgot about you!"
Yo, Cole, I'm going to let you finish and all, but first I have to tell you that you're doing your fire wizard abilities wrong. It's a 1d6+1 per 2 caster levels, so at your level it's actually 1d6+2, not 2d6.
Fire Jet (Su): As a standard action, you can send forth a 20-foot line of fire. Anyone in this line takes 1d6 points of fire damage + 1 point for every two wizard levels you possess. A successful Reflex save halves this damage. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your wizard level + your Intelligence modifier. Creatures that fail their saving throw catch fire and take 1d6 points of fire damage on the following round. Creatures that catch fire can avoid this damage by taking a full-round action to extinguish the flames by making a DC 15 Reflex save. Rolling on the ground gives a +2 circumstance bonus on the save. Dousing the creature with water automatically extinguishes the flame. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.
In an instant, Dorian's posture changes. Instead of a look of fright or surprise, a large grin from one ear to the other stretches twistedly. "Ehaha! Come and get it!" Gwendal shouts from Dorian's body as he swings his sword at the one he is currently flanking with.
Dorian leads the way, making sure that if anything should jump out at them, he'll be ready to take it on head first.
"Uh... Normally I would say "Ladies First," but I'll make sure you're fine from up front. Not that you need it or anything!... hehe..." syas Dorian.
"Uh... I think I should head in first. Just in case. We don't want our only trapfinder going through first..."
"Well... That's interesting..." Dorian says as another blast of fire happens.
"Hey, you ok man? That looked pretty rough." asks Dorian.
"...But if you insist." finishes Dorian.
"Uh... I don't know about this, guys..." says Dorian.
"I have... no idea..."
"Oh, Gwendal? He's... uh... a friend?" Dorian says sheepishly.
"That was very nice, Brother Emilio. Are you able to do that a lot of times?" asks Dorian.
"I... don't scout that well." Dorian says to Rasmus.
"Aaaah..." Dorian sighs with relief.
Dorian shouts "Gwendal!" and suddenly, his demeanor changes. His stature is like that of a completely different person. "Ehahahaha!" Gwendal shouts from Dorian's body as he charges towards the nearest skeleton with a Scimitar.
"FINE ALREADY!!!" Dorian shouts. After getting more looks from the other people, he says "I'll go with you." while nodding.
"Any suggestions on what to do?" asks Dorian.
"Rash. I was going to say rash! Finishes Dorian.
"So... Aylya. Want to head back to the tavern and eat before we do anything..."
"Thank you for your time." says Dorian. He was quiet while listening to the witch.
"Uh...huh..." says Dorian.
Dorian sits on the other stool, making sure that nothing is on the chair first, then looking at Adria.
"The name's Dorian. Pleased to meet you." Dorian says to Aylya. "Greetings, madam. My name is Dorian. We just arrived in town and were wondering if you would like us to do anything." Dorian says to the witch.
"Alright, Aylya. Off to the witch. And... uh... where exactly is this witch?" Dorian asks, for he has only been in the town for a short while.
"Hey... I'm sorry. I never got your name. But, if we're going to work together, then we have to communicate. Where are you going?" Dorian says to Aylya.
"Hey... Hey!" Dorian says as he starts to follow Aylya. He quickly turns around and says "Thank you." to Wilt before following Aylya.
"Uh... Hey there... little boy." Dorian says searching for words.
"Like my friend said, we would like to know who attacked the town. Do you have any information to give us?"
"Well... there's no use waiting around here anymore. Anyone want to get an early start on talking to Wirt?"
"I... see..." Dorian says with a big gulp. He then looks around and says "I see! We must do something about this!"
"Sounds like a plan.... I guess." Dorian says.
"That's very... interesting..." Dorian replies.
Taking note of what Lleu and Linde are saying, Dorian says "If you two don't mind my asking, what are you doing here in little Tristram?"
"You're talking to me... Alright... I guess that works... The name's Dorian." Dorian says extending one of his hands. Dorian doesn't quite know which arm to shake, so he just lets it hang for Lanfearon to shake it.
"Uh... who are you talking to?"
Hearing Locke's joke, Dorian immediately turns to see the woman. "Uh... Hi."
"Oh, I'm sorry. I... uh... I'm just talking to myself. Making sure I remember stuff. Yeah." Is Dorian's reply.
Dorian gives a slight smile as he hears the spirits talk. Only he can hear them, and it bothers him to no end.
"That's... nice to know... I guess..." Dorian says to his new friend Emilio. "Emilio, I don't know if we properly introduced ourselves on the boat ride here, but my name is Dorian." Dorian says as he extends his hand to Emilio. Dorian is wearing a large and thick brown coat with a large sword at his size. |
