If something adds "die of weapon damage" like Power Attack, shouldn't it be included when tallying "the weapon's damage die", as outlined in the first sentence from the excerpt on page 279?

Sovereign Court

Page 279 reads, 'Effects based on a weapon’s number of damage dice include only the weapon’s damage die plus any extra dice from a striking rune. They don’t count extra dice from abilities, critical specialization effects, property runes, weapon traits, or the like."
Not counting "extra dice from abilities" seems intended for abilities like Sneak Attack which simply add extra dice for damage (not weapon damage dice).
Power Attack reads "If this Strike hits, you deal an extra die of weapon damage".
The Support ability from a Horse animal companion reads, "Until the start of your next turn, if you moved at least 10 feet on the action before your attack, add a circumstance bonus to damage to that attack equal to twice the number of damage dice."
If Power-Attacking with a +1 Striking Weapon does 3 weapon die of damage, then how much extra damage would be added while benefiting from the Horse support ability of "twice the number of damage dice" (4 or 6)?

The only thing I dislike about clerics is that they need wisdom AND charisma, where as most other caster classes are about one stat.

Sorc and Oracle: Cha
Wizard and witch: Int
Druid, if you want to be a pure caster: Wis

Also, the charisma thing makes dwarves not optimized for it, so it makes me sad, because dwarves are my favorite race.

That being said, I have two clerics, a retired cleric of Irori who was pure caster--all buffs and healing, with all the "remove" spells, too; and a new level 2 of Caiden Calien, who is a dwarf with an 8 or 6 charisma (just woke up and can't be bothered to look it up) and can never channel energy, much to the hate of my peers. She's a "battle cleric" who tends to be a second liner melee character or tank who wades through enemies to heal people only in emergencies.

Honestly, if the charisma requirement was nulled, I'd never play anything else. So instead, I play chirugeon alchemists and witches most. I'm not a fan of oracles. I want domains, not curses!

I really love the happy camper ones here:

but no gunslinger sheets... if anyone can find a paizo-style gunslinger sheet and pm me the URL, I'd be infinitely happy.

First would be ranged. Grab a bow and take archery feats. Extra attack via Rapid Shot and Manyshot will give excellent damage with Smites. By my reading of Manyshot smite damage should apply to the extra arrow. So with both Rapidshot and Manyshot that 2 extra smite damages a round. Not bad, and makes up for lower Str.

But what's the official ruling on smite with manyshot/rapidshot? Does the smite only apply to the first arrow, or does the DR apply to both? As smite reads, the extra smite damage should only go for the first arrow? Or am I reading this wrong?

(I'm playing with our group now and am rolling up a halfling ranged paladin and everyone's saying that NOTHING would apply to the second arrow with manyshot, so a quick reply would be awesome.)

Yeah, my gf and I signed up for both days of Oasis and I'm pretty excited, it'll be my first PFS game as a PLAYER. =.=

Is anyone in Tampa/Largo available for a Sunday pathfinder game? We need a few more gamers. (Not Society, just the adventure mods)

So who plays in the Tampa Bay area and where do you play?

I run Pathfinder, but not PFS. We play at my apartment, but are trying to get Birds of Paradise game shop in Largo to keep open longer on Sundays so we can play there....
