Divitia smiles. "I can't be a jerk all the time. Good night."

"We better get going so I can work on something to unfreeze those pipes," Divitia says, taking Aliethia's hand. "Thank you for the food."

Divitia shakes her head. "No thank you. With all the stress I'm under, I'd just end up eating them in one sitting and be a bloated whale for my wedding."

"I may have to finish up my classes for the year a little faster than the other instructors and just ask Michael for some time off."

"More or less," Divitia says. "We still haven't found dresses."

"Me too."

Divitia nods in agreement. "It's very delicious."

"It's Arista's leftovers, Lili," Divitia says.

Divitia shakes her head. "No, thank you, but I will have some of that leftover food you were talking about and some water."

"I'll whip up something a little later and leave it at the door for you in the morning," Divitia says.

"I could probably concoct something," Divitia says. "Is that why you're staying with Arista tonight?"

"I'm Divitia. I work at Michael's school teaching alchemy."

"Not these days."

"Evening," Divitia says, looking around the kitchen.

"Yes, Lili," Divitia says, running her fingers through her fiancee's hair. "Let's go home."

Divitia grins. "Thank you, Konstantyná. Sorry for disturbing you."

Divitia smiles wanly at Konstantyná as the midwife opens her door, an arm around Aliethia's waist. "I'm sorry for disturbing you. It's just that...Lili isn't feeling well and...we thought maybe she might be..."

Divitia gives Aliethia a peck on the cheek. "I'm going to head home, Lili. Don't be out too long. Good to see you again, Arista, Alethiro and, you too, Celine."

"I think it's better if you talk to Esme about it. I'm not really 'in the know'," Divitia answers.

"Oh, it's not her, it's Clara," Divitia says.

"Aaaand you might want to talk to Esme...since she might be leaving Valwick," Divitia says.

"Soon-ish," Divitia answers.

"Still sure you want a child?" Divitia whispers.

Divitia glances at Celine, deciding to keep the conversation polite. "To the point where I almost dread going to work. Hello, Hadrinn, I'll have a lemonade and some venison stew."

Divitia nods at the aasimar before taking a seat. "Welcome home. I'd be a little more talkative but I'm famished."

Divitia walks in and spies Aliethia, Arista and Celine. She makes her way to the table and gives Aliethia a quick peck. "Sorry if I kept you waiting, Lili."

Lessons:
"Somewhat. I have a couple students curious about brewing in a cauldron, so I'm doing a little set up," Divitia answers. "Actually, I have something for you as well."

She produces a lavender envelope. "Aliethia wanted me to give this to you, since I happen to see you more than she does."

A Question of When:
"I suppose we could," Bianco sighs.

A Question of When:
"I'd also like for my sister to be there," Bianco says. "And she's leaving in a few days..."

IT:
Divitia closes the door and crawls back onto the bed. 'Sister', eh? Glad it worked out...

IT:
"Sure," Divitia replies, still unnerved. "I'm sure Aliethia will approve."

IT:
Divitia is a little taken aback by Elsa's thanks. "Great, wonderful. Hopefully, things will get better for you now."

IT:
Divitia rolls over in bed. Today's task had left her drained and she decided to cancel her class for the night. She hears the knocking at her door and goes to answer it, still dressed in the clothing she wore this morning. "Oh, Elsa? Is something wrong?"

I see I was forgotten about. Not that I mind.

HGN:
"You're welcome. I really do hope that it worked," Divitia says, getting up and going to the door. "Good day, Elsa."

HGN:
"Well...I don't believe there's a way we can detect the curse, so you'll have to...ah...find a willing partner or a suitable substitute," Divitia says, clearly uncomfortable about discussing such things with Elsa.

HGN:
"Well?"

HGN:
Divitia sighs and takes a bite of fruit. "It's unlikely that it would remove your powers since they aren't part of the curse. As for it removing the curse, Michael seems fairly certain that it will work."

HGN:
"Perhaps something small to eat," Divitia answers, barely hiding her tiredness.

HGN:
Divitia steps inside, produces the orange potion and hands it to Elsa. "Here you are. I've never made a potion like this before so I'm quite uncertain as to how it will work or taste."

Hearth:
"Thank you," Divitia says with a curt nod. She resumes her walk to her laboratory. Once inside, she bolts the door behind her. She takes a green vial from a locked cabinet and sets it on her workstation.

Michael had sent Elsa home after they had produced this, the base. She then met with Michael's latest prodigy, Kara, a blood mage. After a long discussion, Divitia reluctantly agreed to this plan. She took a sharp razor and slid it along the palm of her hand, letting the blood fall into the vial. Suddenly, sparks erupted before the potion turned a bright orange color. Strange, not what I expected.

The completed potion in hand, she wipes the vial clean and puts a stopper on it. She was glad that Elsa was unaware of this portion of the curse-breaking. Even to Divitia, drinking someone else's blood was a repulsive concept. She carefully place the potion in her bag and heads to Elsa's house.

Hearth:
"Trying to undo a curse my father inflicted," Divitia answers.

Hearth:
Divitia lets out a tired harrumph. "Some things have to be done during the day, sadly."

Hearth:
As Drago heads home, he catches sight of Divitia (up early) heading toward Michael's.

Breaking:
Divitia heads off for the west part of town. "I'll be back in a little bit."

Breaking:
"Well, if you gather the willow root, that'll be plenty of help," Divitia says. "You might need a sharp knife though."

Breaking:
Divitia points at a group of trees. "Easy enough to find."

Breaking:
Divitia nods, leaving Michael's parlor with Elsa. "I'll go gather the horsetail and lavender, I know where they grow around here."

Breaking:
"Maybe we should start there, then," Divitia says. "If anyone would know about such magic, it would be Michael. My expertise is...limited, at best."

Breaking:
Divitia thinks for a moment. "No, it's not stupid. We'll just have to work on it as best we can. Has Michael provided any suggestions?"
