I have three PCs that need to be completed, but Feats are the most difficult thing to select. Could anyone suggest 2-3 Feats that might serve these builds well in the first few levels?

Risska [Psion (alternate Telepath) > Thrallherd]

INT 18+2 = 20

CHA 11 [-2 penalty to interact with non Elans]

Dromite turned Elan, will have some of the imperfect transformation Racial traits. Seeking to rebuild its hive. LE.

Adofaer [Oracle (Spellscar Mystery / Lame Curse) / Sorcerer (Arcane Bloodline) > Mystic Theurge]
STR/INT/WIS 10
DEX 14
CON 8
CHA 18+2 = 20
[17 in CHA, 5 in DEX, -2 from CON = 20]

Newly freed/escaped Half-Elf Slave. Looking to get Leader ship at some point. Working towards the anti-slaver Feat that you need to free X number of Slaves to unlock. Might be pacifistic in disposition. LN

Saurian. Neutral. Worked for the Slavers until she discovered that they'd actually been the ones to kill her Kin before she was "rescued" by them.

I have the CRB, but the fault is mine for not understanding the rudiments of creating low-level NPCs; cookie-cutter opposition for the purpose of being tossed in front of my PC's swords and spells.

I understand there are stat blocks involved. I know of an NPC generator that does the work via browser, but I don't feel that will teach me anything. Is there a step-by-step primer that helps explain the creation of general-purpose NPCs?
