My most recently delivered order, #36668844, was missing it's copy of Pathfinder Lost Omens: The Grand Bazaar. Everything else was in that shipment except that one item.


I still have yet to receive this order, and yet to have any feedback at all regarding it. Neither this post or the email I sent off have had a response. It has now been a month since it was shipped, and I actually received the order shipped after this one already.


My order 36608543 never arrived at my house, it has been 3 weeks roughly since I received notice that it had shipped. The tracking number provided does not work. Wondering if it's possible to find out what occurred/receive a replacement.


You guys just took care of this, you can delete this post if you would like.


Trying to find out why my order hasn't shipped, and if it's possible to remove the Lost Omens World Guide from it if that's why it hasn't shipped. If the reason it has not shipped is the Lost Omens World Guide, please remove that from the order. I just want to get this shipped to me.


In the same boat, it's exceptionally frustrating that even though this was ordered back when they were all scheduled to release in August, when they changed the release schedule they didn't provide the option to batch them. If I had know this was the case, I would have separated the order into two pieces. Now were so close to the release of Lost Omens World Guide that I'm worried cancelling my order will just make things worse. I just want my content, and I'm in the same boat.

My order is still listed as Pending, and Waiting for preordered product(s), however the only piece that should be waiting for preordered product would be the Lost Omens World guide. Is there no way to ship everything EXCEPT that piece? I still want to order everything in that order, but is there no way to ship out the other things that aren't waiting on Preorder?
