I am kind of disappointed. This is the second time in a row that one of my orders has been delayed. I am hoping it was not because of the miniature in this order? I am not sure why when I make orders for miniatures and such that they always get added to the side cart. I don't plan on it that way. Is there a check box I am missing somewhere? When I make an order I want it immediately. Not with a subscription shipment :( Is there something holding this Order 3458672 up? Thanks!!
I have an order in the side cart AND a pending order that I wanted when I ordered it. Now I am seeing I do not even have subscription orders being shipped this month?? Order # 3456177 (One of which is the Xorn Miniature that I wanted (needed) for this weekend!!) Now I have to wait yet again for this to come and now I don't even truly need it unless I run the adventure again in a year or so :( I thought that placing this order on Mar 2nd would be MORE then enough time to get the miniature to me by this weekend. Apparently I was wrong. Though I can't for the life of me figure out why it is not here??? I have the money and such paid for!! The Pending order I wanted when I placed it as well. :(
Can Mr Selinker or Mr Wertz care to do a video walk through playing "On the Horizon" for us "newer" players to Skull and Shackles. The ship seems to cause a lot of confusion especially the rules about anchored/docked and moving and commanding the ship. Also how does a "player" acquire more ships too. Playing through using the "On the Horizon" scenario I think would be a good one to do because it is a difficult one and it shows the complexity of Skulls and Shackles off quite well. :) It will also show off Guild play too well. :) And what to do at the end as far as rewards and "upgrading" the deck. Would you mind? Thank you either way!! :)
I was hoping to take "one" of the items from Order 3123288 in my cart and then combine it with a pending order in my cart Order 3304558 The item I want out of the 3123288 order is "Pathfinder Battles—Shattered Star: Amiri, Human Barbarian" and then combine it with the 3304558 order so they ship together. Leaving the back order Ants and Tentacles to stew until they arrive once again at Paizo. Even though the 3123288 order has been pending for months. Hope this makes sense and I also hope it does not slow the order down any? Thank you!!
For those that do not know what Tact-Tiles are.. they are awesome!! They are a modular Wet and dry erase gaming surface... sort of like a Chessex map meets Paizo Flip-Mat married in to a puzzle like surface surface that is awesome to say the least. When the company went out of business awhile ago (This is NOT the same company) The Tact-Tiles sold for a small fortune on Ebay and still do, that is IF you could find them even. Now they are coming back better then ever and by a new company. I know there have been many many people on these forums that have wanted to see these come back in to existence.. It is in it's first day of the Kickstarter.. so lets back it up!!! :) Go to TACT-TILES Kickstater page..

I ordered the Darklands Flip Mat... why has this not shipped yet?? I did not select it to be shipped with my next subscription order or anything yet it is being held back?? I was expecting to get this before this Friday (Feb 14th) and it should have been easily if it was shipped at the time of the order. I NEEDED this for a convention this weekend!!! I am really upset :(

The above links are of the Monster Knowledge PDF's not the actual Bestiarys by Paizo. and these are Pathfinder Specific :) I know this may sound like an advertisement but actually I am curious as to what YOU as a GM do for their players and as Players what you EXPECT for information from the GM. Specifically with PFS tables and events in mind?
I have to ask this here because it is a PFS player/character that is doing this. He has a small air elemental familiar and he uses it to move him around using the air elemental's whirlwind ability. I had him take damage from the elemental when he used it with me but here is what he was doing for specifics. He would move his speed of 30' and then the air elemental would pick him up in his Whirlwind and move another 100'. He would try and make attacks once the creature put him down. Would it be wrong to use this as an attack on the players character? And when he got put down he would be prone?? Also according to the description of the Whirlwind he can not see beyond 5 feet either and anything with in 5 feet would have concealment and he would not threaten either right?? Not to mention the familiar could take damage from being attacked as well if I am not mistaken?? Would the character be able to be picked up after he has moved and then move an additional 100' with the actual familiar? AND then after make an attack?? I am asking because the player is known for doing things like this alot. I would rather get an official answer before I have to debate/argue with this player over the rule specifics of this. Also but he is a ninja/monk and has taken the improved familiar feat... and picked this up as a familiar.. does he NEED to have the ability to get the actual familiar first BEFORE taking this feat?? Or can he just take the feat and get a familiar?? This has happened in a PFS game and while I know it is rule specific I thought that in order to get an official ruling IN PFS about this I should post it here. In my home game I know how I would handle this... but this is not a home game so to speak so I am asking here. Thanks for the answers in advance folks!! :)
What I would love to see is a Flip-mat addition for Adventure paths only. For instance you have your normal flip mats and then the adventure path flip mats. As mentioned above have a flip mat set with 4 to 8 double sided flip mats in it that comes out after all 6 books are released. This would be a HUGE buy. especially if the flip mat set had increased size flip mats :) This I would buy as would any and I do mean ANY adventure path subscriber as you would get some from the normal flip mat line to purchase them :)
Now as much as I would LOVE to keep the actual Beginners Box you shipped me... I thought that I would point out that you shipped me that instead of the Beginners Box Miniatures instead. So the mistake made here is that I ordered the Beginners Box Miniatures and received the Actual beginners box instead which is a product that costs considerably more then the miniatures set themselves does. Wondering what you would like me to do. I DO still NEED the miniatures though and would like to receive them. Thanks!!

I was wondering why there is an Unavailable tag on this? Instead of "Available Today"? I am planning on running this this weekend and my players have already made plans to attend to the point of breaking some vacation plans to play it. Because of the boon they have been prevented from playing their characters for over a month now and really want to play this! :) Please let me know as soon as possible so I can let my players know and hopefully not tick them off if it is not going to happen? Spoiler about a certain creature's power in it.:
Evil Eye (su) Three times per day, a sea hag can cast her dire gaze upon any single creature within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Will save or be staggered as strange nebulous distress and a gnawing sense of impending doom plagues the victim. If a sea hag uses her evil eye on someone already afflicted by this curse, the victim must make a DC 14 Fortitude save or be overwhelmed with fright and collapse into a comatose state for 3 days. Each day that passes, the comatose victim must make a DC 14 Fortitude save or perish. The evil eye is a mind-affecting fear effect. The save DCs are Charisma-based. Evil Eye Curse: Gaze—failed save; save Will DC 14; frequency 1/day; effect staggered (or fall comatose if already under the effects of the evil eye). Now I had this cast on me and I failed the first initial saving throw and obtained the "curse," I was staggered. What happened, happened after the fight on the way back from the temple/crypt of the mummy. It took us 7 days to arrive there and it took us equally long to get back. I had to make several saving throws during this time. The first one (will save) I made, the second one I failed. I am now comatose. So now I have to make a fortitude save, I made the first made the second and third. I am no longer comatose. I have to make another will save and failed. I now am comatose once again. I have to make another saving throw of the fortitude variety and fail it... now I am DEAD! Now my question is.. the wording for the text of the evil eye is pretty benign. There is nothing in it that says that I can see through going through the adventure and the bestiary and any where else I can read and finding nothing out about it.
All I can honestly say is that I am not pleased with this adventure at the moment. It seems like the writer has something against fighters of low will saving throw folk. It is 7 days BACK to the area where we can call civilization and it killed two of us and we easily handled the fights only to die by something that we had to roll over and over and felt like we were actually set up to fail. Being a fighter I have a low saving throw for Will Saves and unless I take some kind of feat to increase it somehow or have a buff spell cast on me before hand I am likely not going to make the save. especially when it involves several rolls at once. Now on the other hand I have a +9 on fortitude saving throws and managaed to fail it with a 5 + 9 = 14 (tier 8-9) advanced sea hag DC for the Evil Eye is a 16 DC. This scenario killed two of us from a frustrating situation that made us feel essentially useless and virtually helpless. I am surprised I did not loose more people from our party because of this but they had better saving throws then I did. Does this sound reasonable? Sorry about the length and rant of it folks.. I ran Midnight Mauler at my event almost two months ago here in MN and have yet to get the chronicle sheets for this scenario. The players and GM have all been patient but I am running out of things to tell them. Is this going to be posted with the actual scenario soon?
Anyone got any good apps for GMing PFS with an Android tablet? I am curious. I would love an app that lets me track initiative easily.. sort of like the Game Mastery pad does? Just add the name (not all the information for the characters and the like), initiative they rolled, and ready/delay actions. Maybe a space for tracking damage to the creatures? Any other apps would be great too!! Thanks!! hoping for some good suggestions!
What initiative tracker do you use on a tablet during gaming? I was looking for one that is like the game mastery initiative tracking pad. I would really like something like that. any ideas out there? Just so you know I am using Android Honeycomb 3.2 :) I appreciate any ideas anyone might have.
I would LOVE to see both be implemented in Pathfinder online but what I do not want to see personally and hopefully is when one gets balanced it is done for both types of play. Guildwars did this best. If a class gets balanced because they are more powerful in PvP they balanced it, but they left it alone in the PvE realm of play. In this way if the code for a PvP class was changed nothing was changed for that same class in PvE. By doing this it gave the PvE casual player that did not want to do any PvP except for maybe casually if at all, was not affected by class balancing issues from something they had nothing to do with at all. Not mention what may be balanced in PvP does not work in PvE at all nor should it. Pathfinder the RPG the classes are not as balanced for dueling as they could be and I for one love this. Pathfinder RPG is not that type of game. If I wanted that I would be playing more 4th edition then I have been, where the classes there are more cookie cutter and not as fleshed out as they could be in comparison to Pathfinder is and does. I am not a PvP player immediately but I do enjoy it once in a while. I would rather not see duels and the like but realize this is part of an MMO and should be voluntary im my humble opinion and keep the classes PvE balanced then. If you as a player want PvP then accept that there will be changes because one group of people are saying the rogue is WAY to powerful now and that they should be "nerfed" because they are almost always one shotting me as a Paladin. this leads to the flavor of the month type of builds and implementing class balance issues and leads to problems ultimately in PvE because the Rogue was meant to be as strong as all that and fits in to the traditional grouping of classes in a PvE type setting. I hate the Flavor of the month PvP builds and Nerfing them because of the "this class is more more powerful then this class, This class should be nerfed because it can one shot my previous month's flavor of the month build that PvP usually leads to. PvE should be left separate! :) Let the flavors of the month build be kept separate PLEASE! :)
I have about 7 sets of map Packs (adding more this weekend) and I bring them back and forth to my GM sessions with Pathfinder Society and my home game (played at another household)... what I am wondering is.. how do you store them so they can be used at a moments notice and carried back and forth without mixxing them up bending them in some way and yet keeping their integrity so we know which pack they came from so they can be put back in to the same pack they came from?? Any ideas? I use one gallon zip lock baggies but they are bulky and to be honest.. a very clunky solution to what I would like to have be a neat one. Also when you have them on the table, how do you keep them from coming apart?? :) Thanks!
I have some players that have not played part 3 of the Devil we know series and this coming week we are running part 4. Can they still play it?? If so then they can't play part 3 ever for that character?? or Can they?? Can I get an official statement on how as a coordinator I should handle this? We run a weekly event and have about 10-20 players a week playing and some come once every other week... so I am curious and need to know how and what I should do for players that have played parts 2, and want to still do part 4? Any maybe even later play part 3 & 1? Thanks!! -P.S I kind of need an answer as soon as possible? :)

I am having a serious problem in downloading two of the PDF's I need for this weekend. Normally I could wait until this gets worked out but well I need to prep for running Pathfinder Society Sunday and one of the PDF's is what I need. I am looking to download the Devil We Know part 1 and for some reason I have not been able to download since Thursday noon. I have been trying throughout the night and this morning and about 10 minutes ago and still not able to. I know the personalizer is slow and heavily loaded but it should not take this long should it?? Thanks!!

We are once again enjoying the Society at the Source. The Twin Cities premiere gaming store in the Minneapolis, St Paul area. This week we are featuring "Before the Dawn Part 2, Rescue at Azlant Ridge". We welcome all people to this weekly event. Enjoying Pathfinder in all of it's glory is what we are promoting for both the store and Paizo. This is both fun and exciting for all people interested in Pathfinder and what it can do for us as a gamer. Be it young, old, veteran or new. We welcome everyone!! We gather at noon and officially start at 1pm and go until 6pm. If you have a new character or need some help with a character and creating one, please arrive at noon and I or someone else would be more then happy to help you out. I am wondering. I got the Improved Familiar feat at 7th level and am now 9th level. I am just curious if the Familiar gets to level it's spells up too as I level? Not to mention it's hit dice and DC's for it's spells and Breath Weapon? Anyone know? p.s this is for a Witch Character too. (9th level with no dip in any other class). We are running the "Shards of Ice Part 2" and then watch and play in the mayhem that ensues. :D This event takes place every Sunday, 12pm to 6pm. Typically this will take about 4 hours but the extra time is for anything that might happen. This is for young, old, new and veterans to the game! :) The players guide is the rules for the event. I was wondering as a Witch Character at 7th level, I am eligible for the Psuedodragon Familiar now. I was wondering why would I want to get rid of the fox for this when I get a +2 on reflex and supposedly nothing in the way of benefit for my character on getting the Psudeodragon then. I barely get better attacks and the like but I would still get the same attack bonuses and AC as well as Hit Points. What do you all think?

There is a quickling listed and that is in the Bestiary 2 so that is already converted. But with that being said there is a Atomie and a Unseelie listed in there too, so I would be very unsure as to what to use for them for conversion or replacement. I got this scenario as it was listed as official for PFS in the buy scenarios (or so I assumed) and then it turns out it is completely in 3.5? What should I do? -jon

We encourage all levels of skill in playing as well as most ages from 8 years and above. The main thing about this type of event is to have fun and enjoy the social atmosphere and play a game we all enjoy.
