Thanks for running GM Fuzzfoot. As always was quite enjoyable. Personally, I haven't have the courage to GM Starfinder yet, so I commend you for diving into the deep end.

Engineering: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

"I suppose a ration would be better than nothing. Anyone want a strange pet? Either way, I suggest we get moving on making this deck operational."

Piloting: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

"If it can't be taken alive, we could dissect it as well." remarks the android as it attempts to pinpoint where the thing went.

Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Barely managing to step out of the way as the extinguisher explodes, the android states flatly. "Well that was close."

Her eyes begin shooting back and forth from one side to the other for a moment. A Whirrr emanating from the crature.

"From this new information, I suspect something on this level wishes us harm. Be careful."

Taking a moment, she inspects the console to determine if it is safe to work on now.

"Let them be." offers the android. "As long as they stay out of the way and don't disrupt the machines, it's not our problem."

She promptly finds a terminal to begin their work.

"Ah, machines. They tend to be much less complicated." agrees the android. "Revvy, I suspect you'll be ok keeping an eye on us while we work."

Cautiously moving across the open room, Daph-9 sights in the beast. Smiling as her rifle fires true she asks "Any of you know what that field around it is?"

Tactical Dart Rifle: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
A & P Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 7

Taking a moment to steady herself, a soft 'Click' resounds from the android cranium. Rushing, she yanks the trigger causing her rifle to jerk sideways.

Move action to activate Combat Tracker of exocortex...standard to shoot another hole in the floor?

Tactical Dart Rifle Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
A & P Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 6

With a nod to Qaru, Daph-9 remarks "Yes, I see it."

Proceeding to step away from the crates, she prepares for the upcoming battle. Pointing towards the beast she adds "For you less observant. It is there."

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Curious at the lack of beast waiting their arrival, Daph-9 pull out her rifle and begins to rummage through the crates.

Have at it. My weapon doesn't use a battery

"That likely wasn't the most efficient use of our time." remarks the android. Looking to her companions, she announces "Time to clean out that warehouse." Without another word, she starts walking towards their next goal. "Be back in a few Ziggy."

With a nod to her companions, the creature agrees. "I don't see a personal need, but I have nothing against getting one for the host."

I'll chip in to get one for the Shirren

"I don't understand the need for rhythmic sounds. But this line seems to be relaxing...We going from here to the cargo bay, yes?"

"That looks easy enough to fell." remarks the android, as the recording ends. Turning back to the faction leader, she inquires "I suppose we should ask where we're to purchase this bauble for Historia-7."

"Oh? If Historia-7 is having empathy issues, I would suggest she have her software debugged." suggests the mechanic.

"As for the holocorder, that would truly help us prepare for dealing with the beast."

I was going to use Daph-9 if completed in time. Since didn't look like we were going to, I replaced her with my solarian in the session 2 game so I'm good with finishing this on my android.

Eyeing the man wearily, Daph-9 nods to the first request. "Exterminating an infestation shouldn't be a problem."

At the mention of his second request, the android looks to her companions a moment, before speaking up. "If you are unable to stand in line to buy it, why not download it from the web?"

Forgot I'd done that...

At the mention of the possible sabotage, Daph-9 lines up her weapon again. Take a carefully aimed shot, she pops off at Velocity.

"I believe we have sufficiently put the ratrod in its place."

Pew (-8): 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 3 - 1 = 14

Aiming again at Nyizin, Daph-9 squeezes the trigger. "Almost there Squee, keep up the pace."

Blammo (-8): 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 3 - 1 = 21

"Almost there." she announces, rather matter-of-fact. "Keep up the pace now."

Sighting in Lemgem out of habit, she recognizes their ally and turns the cannon on Velocity.

Pew Pew vs Velocity (-8): 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 3 - 1 = 17

I was planning to bring my android mechanic, but it's starting to look like that campaign may not be finished in time.

If that's the case, I have a Solarion I'm almost done creating I could bring.

"I'm sure you know this Squee, but need you to pick up the pace some." announces the android, sighting in on Nyizin again.

"Revvy, keep that pompous Ratrod back there. Its great if we win, but would be even better to humiliate the man."

Turning her weapon on Nyizin, she pops off another round. "I'll pick on the leader. Need one of you to tap velocity."

I bet. And we're only about 1/3 of the way through the track.

Quickly reloading, Daph-9 fires another charge at Nyizin.

"Keep that Kinetic on ratrod." demands the android. "We certainly can't afford him winning this." Spinning her cannon around, she takes a shot at Velocity.

Energy weapon -8: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 3 - 1 = 21

Turning her weapon back on Nyizin, she fires another round. 'Would like to get some more distance from that one' she considers.

Grabbing the controls of their big cannon, Daph-9 twirls around and sites in the one with a death wish. "Hey, this is kind of fun. That should slow her down."

Energy weapon vs Nyizin (-8 to Piloting): 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 3 - 1 = 19

Quickly getting to work on the vehicle with Squee, the android considers 'For lacking mechanical parts, this creature is quite efficient.'[//i]

She works on increasing the reactions of the controls and the speed of the vehicle, before taking a break to head over to Ratrod's racer and quietly tinker with his controls. [i]'That should make it harder to steer this hunk'.

Cautiously she makes her way back to their car and gives it a quick once over. Noting the vehicle is lacking an energy weapon, she slaps one on.

"I agree. If we all put our heads together, we're sure to be able to upgrade the racer." responds the android.

Grabbing a badge, she turns to leave.

"Works for me. The more knowledge we gain the better off we are!"

I will target the remaining thug.

Stepping forward, Daph-9 pulls out a rifle. Sighting in on the one wearing blue armor, she gently pulls the trigger. "You have the wrong person, we've located your hacker and handled it. Stop now or this will get messy."

"Qaru, would you be able to locate some contacts? I'll give you a hand where I can."

Looking through a directory, Daph-9 locates a few names she finds promising and reaches out to them.

After completing the task on the computers, she checks to see if her companions had obtained a body yet. Hearing nothing promising, she shakes her head.

'Why send a biomass to do a computers work' considers the mechanical woman as she heads outside.

Finding a passerby, she stops them and asks "So, hypothetically, if one needed to deal with a mortuary with as few inquiries as possible, where would one go? Have you any suggestions? Don't worry, it's just the rituals of you biologicals intrigues me."

We could maybe try bribing someone....

Can we aid on computers checks? If so, I'll aid on the 4 checks - taking 10 gives me 18

"I don't do much with the nuances required of you biomasses, but when it comes to tech I'm your girl." she states openly. "Here, let me give you a hand with those computers."

Looking over the ysoki's shoulder, she frowns a few times. "Careful, you'll trip that firewall there. Hmmm...Yeah, if you just..."

'This is getting us nowhere.'

Staring straight at the child, the mechanical voice rings out. "We know someone from this location hacked one of the corporations. We know there was information retrieved. We did what we could to hide the trail the hacker left, but the regulars will find their way here."

"We need to acquire the information obtained. If you give it to us, perhaps we can protect you. But I make no promises."

Biting into one of the cakes offered, she turns to the woman. "Not bad. The consistencies are all within range. Near perfect production."

With the slightest of nods, the mechanical woman, heads inside. Her unblinking eyes stay fixed on the child as they enter.

'If the woman says its not her, we're running out of culprits. Could she be lieing though? It seems a tad young to be hacking at this scale'

Staring at the child, unblinking, the android awaits his response.

'Perhaps it's him. she considers. 'Perhaps that's why it acts dumb...'

Opening her mouth, a tad surprised as the young childs perceptive abilities. She begins to speak, but quickly shuts her mandibular hinge as the Kasatha takes over.

'Oh thank the circuits! These bio-masses require too much intricacies for me.'

With but a nod in the direction of the man, Daph-9 tries to get a closer look without drawing attention.

'I hope someone more skilled in the bios sentiments is willing to try convincing him.' she considers.
