More about the build above:

This one comes online at level 3. You do need to suffer through two levels of not much damage. That is unfortunate. Maybe someone can find a way around that.

At level 3, your melee attack (assuming mwk starknives) is

Melee mwk starknife +6 (1d4+6/x3), or
2 mwk starknives +4/+4 (1d4+6/1d4+3/x3)
Special Attacks sneak attack (+2d8)

If you can get flanking and successfully sneak attack with both starknives, you will average about 23 points of damage.

Edit: now that I'm looking more closely at this build (which I threw together hastily), I would probably suggest tossing out the 4th level of rogue. It isn't doing much for you.

Any BAB+1 class would be fine there instead, including another level of fighter.

How would this build use starknifes before level 4(without penalties)? Starknife is a martial weapon which rogues are not trained in using.

My initial thought was that they are both enhancement and wouldn't stack. But the following notation regarding Magic Weapons changed my mind...

The notation applies to weapons with cumulative bonuses 6-10. The wording certainly implies that special abilities are not categorized as enhancement bonuses. And leaves the impression that weapon special abilities must be a distinctly different bonus type from enhancements. If they are different bonus types, there is no stacking conflict with your suggested usage.

It's not strictly detect magic. It can foil other detect spells as well. An addicted character could hide a stash of Demon Blood in the pocket to prevent a nosey Paladin from detecting the evil aura. There are many wondrous slotless items which could fit in a 4 inch square pocket. Maybe the Anatomy Doll you picked up to annoy that holier than thou Paladin.

The burning hands spell you get from your bloodline is fundamentally different than the standard burning hands spell. Effectively, you don't know a version of the spell that can deal fire damage. If you create a wand or scroll of burning hands, it could only contain the modified version you know and will always deal cold damage.
