Just like the stormy seas with the mask swinging loosely, Dacknar almost has a six sense of when to duck and when to just lean back. He keep he eye on the water, judging where the swells are and how to use them.

Seeing the gear forge fall into the water, he tries to keep the boat near the metal man. "Man overboard!" he calls out.

Dacknar draws his blade, rushing over to his future boots and belt casting a spell. once next to it, he starts to slash at the over size reptile.
Short sword attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Per. Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

He then disengages from the creature hopping away.

Knowing the last area where the water witch was. Dacknar bring the magic energies forward and casts sleep on the area where the witch was.
"Lets see if ye just float to the surface ye undead harlet."
So 20' from last know spot where the witch was.

With the undead no longer trying to make a snack of Dacknar. He puts his blades away and picks up his bow.

The arrow flies from the bow at the water witch.

Then he tries to duck out of sight.

Oh shoot, I looked up a 3.5 ver of it. So yes what is it? If poisoned...
Disadvantage Short sword Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Disadvantage Dagger Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12

So if you remove the -2 from the attacks and damage then:
Short sword is a 21 to hit with 7 damage and
Dagger is a 12 to hit with 8 to damage
and Sneak attack is 10 damage

He wills with all his might to keep what he had eaten down as he drops his bow and draws his blades. Slashing at the fowl undead creature.

He then brings his own spell power to bare and casts Prestidigitation to try and clean the bugs off him.

He tries to drop out of the river witch's sight thinking that the bugs are being controlled by her and she needs to see him to keep control.

Dacknar calls for the refugees to assist Gauis to pull on the rope. Then he nocks an arrow just incase the woman turns out to be something else. And with all the refugees holding the rope, it should be near impossible to drag Gauis into the water.

Dacknar shakes his head "I still think stealth is better than raising our flag and saying, here we are!"
But he lends a hand to help with the defenses. Remembering that the ghosts like to use the trees to move in.

He also looks for branches that can be used as spears or clubs to arm the refugees with.

Dacknar looks over to the minotaur that sailed these water to get here. "Turgon, how well do you know these waters? Since we are strangers to these lands do you have any advice? To stay on land or make for the water?"

He then looks over to the rest of the survivors "Yer lives are at risk, like ours. Any of you have some ideas for a safe area to hold up at till morning?"

"How I see it the choice is to be pounced upon by them ghosts or be on a boat getting to safety. We will have to watch out for that serpent. But I would rather put this shore line in me wake and spend a night on the water. Then we can look for a safe harbor to rest the night if need be." Dacknar comments.

Dacknar stays to the rear of the group as rear guard. He notices that that group has not moved in sometime.
Ahoy, what's the hold up. Dacknar calls forward. He starts to make his way up until he sees Gauis making the stone steps. He looks back at the rabble they are leading. then calls to Gauis "Good work, I will stay back to make sure nothing tries to sneak up on us."
Dacknar then returns to the back of the group be rear guard, keeping an eye out for threats.

Dacknar pulls back on the bow string and sights down another arrow at the wounded spider thing.

And this time with out distraction, his arrow flies true.
Dacknar takes a quick look around to see if the is a spot where he could gain surprise on the creatures. So his aim can be at some vulnerable spot on the creatures.

Still looking for a way to get the sneak attack ability to work

Dacknar takes a quick look around to make sure that there are only these four foes to deal with and not some thing else trying to sneak up on the group.

He nocks another arrow and lets it fly.

Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

But do to his quick scanning of the area, his aim is a little off.

Dacknar yells out "Bring me back me arrow ye thief!" as he launches another arrow at one of the new critters.

I assume that there is no place to hide to gain my sneak attack from.

"What in the nine seas is that thing?" he call out, pointing at the creature.

Dacknar nocks an arrow and lets it fly.

As the arrow leaves the bow. Dacknar smiles knowing that his aim is true as he watches the flight of the arrow to it's target.

Matching Beordt's movements. Dacknar drops his bow rushing to Beordt's side drawing his short sword and dagger. With swift slashes Dacknar cuts in to the blob fish.

Back at the bathing pool
"I remember the kraken incident well. Most tossed there items to help swim. I was able to keep my pack. So rope I have, but spikes is something I do not carry."

Now at the fishy pool
"Look over there, there is movement in the water....Are you sure you want to try and cross?

Watching as the creature takes a swipe at his two companions. "Watch out, that thing has a good long reach."

"Everyone get ready to strike, I will try and bring it to the surface."
And Dacknar cast Silent Image of a giant spider walking on the water near the two fighters.
And if he can he readies his bow to shoot once seen.

Dacknar smiles at Grick "Schaphrigroadaz has plans with in plans. Those that seek Schaphrigroadaz are not always fallowers of Schaphrigroadaz. And those that don't fallow Schaphrigroadaz are not always unbelievers. I have sailed many a seas. I think I have seen many a form of Schaphrigroadaz in many lands."

And Dacknar steps away, hoping that he was able to side step that question.

Fallowing the frogkin into their lair. Dacknar starts to take stock what these frogkin have unlike the ones that they were slaves. "How long have your people been here Grick? Was this a home for the fallowers of Schaphrigroadaz in the past?"

Seeing the pool of water, Dacknar is hesitant at first. Always thinking that some monster will leap out at any moment. He shakes his head and mumbles. "Ye need to relax sometimes ye old seadog." And he strips down to join the others in a much needed bath.

Looking over to Gauis "Well I guess they aren't going to eat us, at lest not right away. We better join them."
And Dacknar steps out to rejoin the group.

"Lead the way Grick."

"Well this is a turn of events. We earned the trust of a frog clan a ways back. Hopefully helping them free one of their kin will gain some trust with these ones. If not they will just try and eat us."
Dacknar whispers to Gauis.

"All right Gauis, but we need to be quick about this or one of them worms might come up and start feeding on those left in the tunnel."

And he moves into the northern tunnel to get set for the ambush.

Dacknar tries to help as many past the worm as he can by getting in-between the prisoners and the worm.

He tries to push a dead body toward the worm, hoping that it will eat that over the living.

Dacknar moves to the cell door and takes a peek in to see who is inside.

"Check to see if the keys are on them. Or I will have to deal with the lock myself."

Talking to the one in the cell. "Who are you? What's your name?"

And in a blink of an eye. Another arrow flies out of the darkness.

And he fades away.

Nocking an arrow, he fires at the very wounded trollkin. The arrow flies through the air.

Moving into the shadows Dacknar finds a good angle to shoot from.

Seeing the mighty swings on Beordt, Dacknar realizes that he made the right choice by not engaging these trollkin in hand to hand combat. So he smiles as he aims the arrow at the one he is catching unaware.
