"I'll just let my No- Shelyn-given talent at stabbing things rust into nothingness and focus on looking scary so the gobhoblings don't double-cross us. Like a walking racial stereotype." So, two say pay up, and no-one has explictly expressed any dislike towards that course of action. (Délia doesn't count)

"So... Charge in and stab them all? Sounds simple enough. Unless you want to do it the boring way, that is." With 2 skillpoints per level, Délia isn't exactly the best skill monkey around, but she has reasonable Intimidate and Sense Motive modifiers and can land an aid another in Diplomacy 75% of time. So I'm pretty ambivalent about which appoarch we take to this problem.

"Ed, you're kind of in the way." Délia stands on her toes and tries to catch a glimpse from above Ed's shoulder, but to no avail. "I think it would be the best if I go first. I'll at least be able to see if there's something to run away from." She squeezes past Ed and Elaina and starts walking slowly and carefully into the room or hallway that is past the recently-opened door, mace in hand. Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 11

Urgh, sorry for being so slow to post... Délia does appreciate being cautious, but she thinks Sevrin might overdo it a little. "Come on, Sevrin, if there are more killer skeletons, Elaina and Edvard can bash them. And if they still move after that, we run away. Or have them bashed again. Sounds good?"

Délia arrives a little late to the scene, as it had took her some time supressing her better judgement enough to rush blindly deeper into a probably undead-filled crypt. Somehow, she is not surprised at all when she sees that Ed is in a pit playing with pillows. Though, those pillows do look fluffy. "Ed, I know that you are having fun, but I think we should go check out that scream we heard first." She takes a fine silk rope from her backpack and throws it down the pit for Ed. Climbing a rope with a wall to brace against is a DC 5 climb check.

"Do you really think so?" Délia says. She starts slowly rising up, and her expression turns into a more confindent one. "Damn right!" She exclaims. "I'm not letting some oversized butterfly bully me into giving up! Next time I'm in town, I'll seek those urgathoans and ask if I can join! Happy now, eh? Bet that they throw better parties than your followers!" After venting her frustration towards the likely innocent Desna for a while, she looks towards the way to deeper to the crypt, then her companions. "Should we continue forward, or rest for a while? I don't think that these skeletons will be rising anymore, but you never know."

The last skeleton had fallen, but Délia did not feel thriumphant. Quietly, she walked to one of the corners of the room (one without old bones) and slumps down on the floor. "You guys can go retrieve that flame. I would just slow you down by being useless..." She took missing every single roll badly. At least I can get some RP out of it. Come on, go cheer her up! :P

Yeah, it makes sense to use it as healing. Otherwise, she would be now unconcious and bleeding. Though Délia had sweared to blast the offending skeleton with a well-placed healing spell, being almost downed changed her plans sightly. Now reinvigorated by the spell, she sends her mace again towards the annoyingly persistent undead. She considers reaching for her bow first, but noticing that Elaina had already started charging towards the skeletons, she instead draws her mace and starts slowly appoarching the skeletons, maneuvering herself to a better position to strike. Drawing mace, move. One down, then diagonally left and down, then down again, then diagonally right and down.

A mischievous thought arises in Délia's mind as she sees Sevrin cast a spell. "Careful with that light, Sevrin," she says. "I have heard stories about the spirits inhabiting crypts being angered by bright lights. Sometimes they have even possessed nearby persons or animals and battered the offender to death." After a small pause she winks at the others and laughs. "But those are but old stories and superstitions. It's not like there are any real gho-" She stops abruptly and then, using a curious vocal technique learnt from a travelling perfomer about a year ago, lowers her voice to a guttural, inhuman-sounding growl. "You worthless mortals! How dare you disturb my rest? Prepare to meet your doom!" Let's see how convincing she is. Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23

Délia enters the crypt, and starts looking around for anything relatively interesting, lethal, expensive, magical, or any combination of these. With her darkvision, she does not need any additional light. "So, are we going to camp here for a while? Or will we just keep going? I'm not that badly hurt, I could probably fix it with a spell... But then again, I don't have the endurance to cast more than a few of those a day..." Délia will cast Detect Magic as she looks around.

Finally! No more mud and rain and cold, just... dead horses? Délia carefully wipes some mud off the nearest sausage-ready horse and examines it for possible causes of demise. Did someone, or perhaps something slay them. Or were they abandoned here and died from thirst or hunger or cold? She can't help but grimace at the thought. What most puzzles her however is whose horses these lumps were. The tomb of Ekat Kassen is, as far as she knows, rarely visited apart from the yearly excursion by the "heroes". The steep and dangerously slippery hill would scream "broken bones" to any moderately reasonable person. For Délia, though, the hill screamt "fun". The grisly sight of the bisected wolf makes Délia feel dizzy for a moment. Sure, she lived in a rugged, down-to-earth village with rugged, down-to-earth people, but had always avoided the messy jobs for the best of her ability, and looks away when Nedyr slits the other beast's throat. "Pretty harsh for someone who follows the god of hunting to kill someone... For hunting." After saying that, she absolutely can't help but correct his companion's terminology. "Now now, he can not be a wizard. Wizards use books with all those spells written down there. Besides, you have to be smart to be a wizard. And smart people don't get bitten by wolves. She shows a "just kidding" smile at Sevrin, then reaches out for him and mutters something in a low voice. Casting Cure Light Wounds on Sevrin, leaving Délia out of spells until she can get some sleep without being interrupted by wolves.

When Elaina offers her a spare dagger, she quickly accepts the offer, continuing on the offence as fast as she can. Still attacking the same wolf.
