My fondest memories come from the Helm of Brilliance; it might as well have been an artifact to my paladin.

Otherwise, I have to go Bag of Holding for its usefulness, its being a staple for every character, and for all the memories of the game it conjures up when I simply recite the name.

...who doesn't call their dice bag a bag of holding? :)

Done and Done. ...and now, the wait.

Same here Alleynbard, I have it written but I'm holding off on pulling the trigger just yet. :)

Going to stew on it for awhile and see what bubbles up, but otherwise, it's ready to go.

Can't wait.

Tamburlaine!

I'm Calothrop from Myth-Weavers and "Accidental Adventurers" :) I thought I might run across some myth-weavers here.

It's a pleasure to be competing beside you man. Awesome! I look forward to seeing what you submitted. Take care buddy.

#2, maybe #3, depends on how you look at it I guess.

Initially had an item written up that I liked but didn't love - kinda 'spell in a box'y. I wanted to try to innovate, not repackage.

Then, a second bubbled up, which I massaged until I almost submitted it - almost; finger hovering kind of almost. :)

I took that one, flipped it around, looked at it creatively from other less obvious angles, and finalized something that I think a PC would love to use for multiple purposes and have in his/her pack, as well as, an item that made life for the DM who drops it easier and more flavorful without compromising balance.

Thanks for the encouragement Clark, it's appreciated. :)

I've got one in the slow-cooker myself.

Concept mostly, nothing on paper/Word Doc just yet, but with a diminutive 3 day window to conjure up our best villain... well, starting early will hopefully make for a nice head start. I'm taking advantage of the lead time as best as I can. :)

Good luck ladies and gents.

Kilgore, Texas.... it's not as brutal as it sounds. ;)

..and I'm not a cowboy.

I feel ya guys, I too hit that submit button after several rewrites and series of re-readings that would make an obsessive/compulsive cower.

Best of luck to each of you gents/ladies!
