Newbie to SoP here. Reading over the Fate sphere, it says that the Word ability requires a standard action to invoke. Then looking at the talent list, the Bless and Curse abilities both say they require an immediate action. So my question is, do I need to first use a standard action to denote who may get the Bless/Curse, and then when I want to use Bless/Curse I would need to use an immediate action? Or, do I simply need to use an immediate action without a standard action?

If it's the former, I'd need to use a standard action to invoke Word on all my allies and would require 4 turns, and then I'd still need to use an immediate action afterwards. Is there any way to use Word as a Swift action or Free action by any chance, maybe through feats or items?

Is there a magic item or feat that raises the Magus's effective level for purposes of qualifying for Arcana? Basically something like a Monk's Robe, but for Magus's Arcana.

Just wondering what are some builds that are hard to kill, but can also still be good/decent at what they're meant to do?

What I mean is that the character would have:
- High saves
- Some/all of the following: high AC, high HP, ways to mitigate damage (DR, healing, Misfortune to force against crits, ghost form, etc.)

Baseline/Example:

As a baseline/example, a paladin gets Divine Grace to give a major boost to saves. They also have Lay on Hands that can be activated as a swift or immediate action (and the heals are no joke, high enough that they can usually heal 30-50% of their HP if using something like Fey Foundling feat), they cab have high AC due to heavy armor, and they can have high HP due to d10 HD. On top of that they can smite the hell out of foes and deal nasty damage.

Likewise, a Bloodrager or Barbarian has high saves from Superstition. They have insanely high HP and they get DR. Their survivability isn't as good as a paladin because they can't self-heal, and they usually have lower AC, but a Destined Bloodrager can get really high AC at the cost of no DR and they get a nice boost to saves too, or if going Arcane blood they can use Displacement as a free action when raging. All this, and they can dish out a hell of a lot of damage.

So those are the ones that I've got. I think Monks can also do something similar, though I can't recall. What I'm looking for is to see if there are any other builds that have similar survivability.

Mainly I'm looking for a full caster build, since all the builds I can come up with are mostly DPR-focused, but any options would be appreciated nonetheless.

The prerequisite for Split Hex is to be 10th level, but is there a way for a witch to actually be able to get it at level 10 instead of level 11?

Does the Witch’s Murksight hex require an action? How long does it last for?

I'm trying to understand how the Vigilante class works. If a Vigilante chooses an archetype, can it still be an Avenger and get full BAB? For example, a Warlock Avenger?

Trying to see if there's a way for a cleric or oracle (or any full divine caster really) to get the Monstrous Physique spell without being a samsaran?

If an Alchemist has the Infusion Discovery, can he make potions of personal range formulae?

I'm trying to get a Sipping Jacket to work with my extracts, and making them into potions is the only way I can think of.

Say a PC polymorphed into a creature with natural attacks, say, a tiger, and then casts Greater Magic Fang twice to get +2 on his claw and bite attacks, and then he transforms back to his normal human form. If he then transform into a tiger again, would he still benefit from the GMF enhancement (assuming its duration hasn't run out)?

Say a ratfolk got reduced in size and became Tiny from Small. If he was using a tail blade weapon, the dmg would effectively go from 1d2 to, I believe, 0. If he was sneak attacking, would the sneak attack damage apply, or would it be nullified since the weapon did 0 damage?

Is it possible to wild shape into a medium sized tiger? My understanding is that the Reduce Animal/Person spells won't work since polymorph specifically calls out size changes as not working when polymorphed. So, is it possible?

Note: I don't want to be a deinonychus, I'm asking specifically about medium tiger/dire tiger only.
