Maybe someone can help me out:

If you choose the 'Channeling' revelation you gain the ability to channel positive energy like a cleric of the same level. So far everything's fine.

What about feats like 'Selective Channeling'? They require the channel energy class feature. Right know we aren't sure if you can use this features combined, because you get the Ability as a revelation, not like a paladin or a cleric...

What do you think about this?

Last saturday my group finished "The Jackal's Price". To be honest - they've tried to run down walls... literally spoken... I had to adjust most encounters for my group because they rely on heavy melee attacks. No creature could stand a chance - unless they met the eye of the deep. As I know my players - the illusion with the golden sword worked just fine because of their greed. You all could imagine how this encounter went, do you? Because I don't wanted to kill the evening I let them survive - but as a matter of fact the complete group would have died by the hands of this nasty, nasty beast. Hold Monster and Enfeeblement as a free action per round with a DC 19 plus the standard action 2d4 round stun, DC 19, too... This beast will kill most PCs in his natural environment! Lucky for them, they haven't encountered the Sahuagin by the time they found the Emabier so I send them to save my PCs.

In my campaign Zayifid survived the first clash with the heroes - but was near death. I made him really vengeful, so he would attack the heroes later again. They saw him as Rokova in the house of the beast.

The second time was during the abduction of Rayhan, where he and Radi killed one player because the party treated Radi like scum. Zayifid appreciated Radis efforts due to his hurt ego. Radi died and Zayifid (this time in his true form) managed to flee again - but this time it was really really close. I gave the moldspeaker the feeling, that he knows this guy from somewhere... Now with Rayhan abducted they wonder who the hell this enemy is. They think of him as Father Jackal.(For this fight I advanced him to rogue Lvl 8 - because I am a really evil DM)

Zayifids last stand will be in Kakishon. He will accidently travel with the PCs, escape for the last time on the beach and will face them somewhere near the end of part 4 - advanced again. During the final fight he will be an male advanced fiendish janni rogue 9. (Due to his time under Pale Mountain he is corrupted by the presence of Xotani. That's why I added this 2 templates) Maybe he'll have an alliance with the "bad" shaitans in Kakishon - don't know by now.

Starting in "Howl of the Carrion King" with

Human Monk
Half-Orc Rogue
Human Cleric of Erastil
Wild-Elf Barbarian
Halfling Ranger
Human Fighter

At the end of "House of the Beast" there were some replacements to make

Human Bard (subtitute for the monk due to the lack of arcane spellpower)
Human Paladin (substitute for the Rogue - which was critted by Ghartok)
Wild-Elf Barbarian (Moldspeaker)
Halfling Ranger
Human Fighter

I made the mistake to let everyone play the character of his desire... so it's nearly impossible to threat this party by now with physical combat. (For example, the Death Worm on their way to Katapesh City died before his 3rd round of initiative.) Every Encounter has to be adjusted to let them feel that there will be some danger on their path...

Right now they finished the diner party at Rayhan's house.

I haven't got my copies of path 5 and 6 - so I still hope that there will be a arcane challenge in their future.
