At 9th level, a psychic duelist can bring offensive manifestations directly into her foes' minds, attacking with them without entering a psychic duel.

When doing so, she can generate manifestation points only by sacrificing a spell, not through any other methods. Using an offensive manifestation in this way functions as casting a spell with a full-round-action casting time. Conditions imposed by these offensive manifestations last for their full duration, even though the target isn't in a psychic duel.

The psychic duelist can use manifestation amplifications on offensive manifestations created this way. Such offensive manifestations can't affect thought-form creatures. This is a mind-affecting illusion (phantasm) effect. A thoughtform creature manifested in this way is visible only to its target.

This ability replaces telepathic bond.

What happen when you choose to manifest thoughtform creature using this ability? Can the target even attack the thoughtform creature? (Actually... can Phantasm effect be attack or damage?)

Also what happen if you choose to augment your thoughtform creature with 2MP from Protective ability? Do you get immunity to AC attack from the target in the real world?

Protective Ability: Increase the cost by 1 MP to grant the creator a +4 bonus to AC (both normal and touch), a +2 bonus on Reflex saving throws, and evasion for as long as this thought-form creature exists. Increasing the cost by an additional 2 MP also grants the creator immunity to attacks against AC or touch AC for as long as this thought-form creature exists.

Just looking through half-orc alternate racial traits and I noticed that there are 2 ways for Half-Orc to get Skilled racial traits.

Quote:
Skilled: Second- and third-generation half-orcs often favor their human heritage more than their orc heritage. Half-orcs with this trait gain 1 additional skill rank per level. This racial trait replaces darkvision.
Quote:
Human-Raised: Some half-orcs raised as humans lack their cousins' ferocity and training in orc weapons, but pick up a bit of their human parents' skills. They gain the human's skilled racial trait. This racial trait replaces orc ferocity and weapon familiarity.

Both methods replace difference racial traits. So what happen if you decided to pick both Skilled and Human Raised?

Each day she can use this ability a number of times equal to 1/2 her paladin level plus her Charisma modifier. With one use of this ability, a paladin can heal 1d6 hit points of damage for every two paladin levels she possesses.

I'm always confuse why Silvanshee only has 1 Lay on Hand per day as oppose to 2. Since it has 12 CHA, shouldn't it be able to use Lay on Hand twice per day? Other Agathions seems to follow the normal progressing of Paladin ability.

If I gives my Silvanshee familiar a Headband of Alluring Charisma, would it be able to use more lay on hand per day or will it forever stuck at 1/day?

Can Medium with Archmage or Hierophant spirit use Spell Lattice to cast Medium spell that he shouldn't have known at that level?

For Example : Can a Level 4 Medium with Spell Lattice (Haste) cast Haste?

You have 2nd-level spell slot after Archmage Arcana and Haste is a 2nd-level spell for Medium. Are there any rule that preventing you from casting Haste in this case?

Shriek Bomb:
This yellow ball of volatile resin has a hemp wick. Lighting the fuse is a move action; 1d3–1 rounds later (a result of 0 rounds takes place at the end of your turn), the shriek bomb explodes, dealing 2d6 points of sonic damage to creatures in a 10-footradius burst (Fortitude DC 15 half). A shriek bomb can be thrown as a splash weapon with a range of 10 feet.

Splash Weapon Rule:
A splash weapon is a ranged weapon that breaks on impact, splashing or scattering its contents over its target and nearby creatures or objects.

I'm confused about "thrown as a splash weapon" part. Do they break on impact due to splash weapon rule? Would that means the item is waste upon impact since it just break or would the bomb still do 2d6 damage?

Craft Mount:
This construct mount acts in most ways as a druid animal companion, using the character's alchemist level as his effective druid level. A construct mount is a construct, but uses the appropriate animal companion's statistics, gaining Hit Dice, skills, feats, and Strength and Dexterity adjustments as the alchemist advances in level. A construct mount has no Constitution score, and instead gains bonus hit points appropriate for a construct of its size. It has an Intelligence score (and skill points), a lower base attack bonus, and better saving throws than a normal construct of its Hit Dice. The mount has all the immunities of a construct (except immunity to mind-affecting effects, since it has a mind). A construct rider can use Craft (alchemy) instead of Handle Animal for all purposes involving his construct mount, though the check still takes a –5 penalty due to the construct mount's unusual nature.

Does the mount has all the construct traits such as Darkvision, Destroy when hp reach 0, cannot be raised or ressurect?

Do Preservationist Alchemist with Planar Preservationist feat quality for "ability to cast summon monster I" part of Evolved Summoned Monster?

What about Ring of Summoning Affinity?

This is really boil down to whether Alchemist are "casting" or not right?

How do these two interact? Since the spells are add to the list of spell the character can prepare and Oracle don't prepare any spells, can the Oracle cast any spell obtain via Arcane Enlightenment at all?
