Thank you,

as far as I know only the one who encounters the henchman may attempt the closing. at the top of page 17

rulebook wrote:
"When you defeat a henchman from a location deck, you may immediately attempt to close that location by fulfilling that location’s “When Closing” requirement."

it doesn't mention other people at your location.

the only time multiple people may attempt to close a location is when temporarily closing locations due to encountering a villain.

In the rulebook under Seelah's character it says the following on page 19

rulebook wrote:

"

Seelah, the paladin Seelah can wield swords and spells with equal skillfulness, and excels when on the defense. She turns blessings into
damage, and her armors can handle most assaults. Seelah can also scope
out the locations she’s exploring, but don’t expect her to hang on to
treasure—she’s looking for evildoers to smite. "

From this I think we can reasonably assume that the fellow tox played this wrong. ofcourse this is part of the flavor text in the rulebook , but I would be really surprised if putting boons on the bottom was optional.

And it should be put on the bottom of the location deck else the power would be very OP, "put it on the bottom of the deck."

Revealing is part of lini's power which is not the same as acctually playing an ally which is why you can then discard the snake ally to play as an ally card.. powers are only subject to their own limits I think, Atleast that's my interpretation. exception to this is seoni's magic blast power which specifically states that it counts as a spell

This seems a very likely hypothesis. It's been on my list of errata for a while, but I haven't decided which way I want to errata it.

This was posted on the boardgame geek forum about it a while back. so I guess you'll have to wait for the errata.
