Seems the site will allow me to add a new payment method, but will not allow me to make my default payment solution. The UI will allow me to delete the new payment method I just created, but I cannot do the same with my old, now out dated, payment method.

Received the notice today around Order 4756063 where my payment method expiration date had elapsed. I attempted to update the payment method via Chrome to no avail. Was able to update my expiration date via Firefox (I think).

I noticed on my order there was a second payment method denied. Not sure if this was from the attempts to update and retry through Chrome or not. Just trying to verify if everything is hunky-dory now.

I fully didn't realize that the pre-order of the Starfinder products did not support getting the pdfs for the product. I would like to have access to the pdfs going forward (or if I could get access to my latest shipment order, that would be appreciated too).

Should I cancel my side cart items for future shipments (Starfinder AP 2 and Alien Archive) and submit subscription orders for those, or will the subscription overwrite the side cart items?

Order 4249993, was shipped some time ago but I seem to have encountered an issue with the order actually being delivered (stuck at the same USPS location since 3/28). I have the tracking data for Mail Innovations that you provide as part of you normal subscriber shipping emails. Unfortunately, this number means nothing to USPS (as their support so rudely educated me on) and Mail Innovations can't seem to help after they hand off to USPS.

Do you happen to have any other shipping label data (postal tracking number, etc.) that may help me out with resolving this issue with USPS.

Hello all,

Just became a Battle Case Subscriber and I noticed three authorizations that seem to be around that order.

On 1/25: I had an authorization for $318..83 ( total for case and add-ion inn figure) and a authorization for $301.68 (which I assume is just for the initiation of the subscription)

Odd thing is, I got a second authorization on 1/26 for the $318.83. I assume this wAs done due to the actual shipping, but I found it odd as normal subscription charges use that initial authorization charge (provided shipping occurs within a weeks time).

I just found this odd and I'll keep an eye on any weird posted charges. Not sure if this has anything to do with the duplicate email issue.

Processed this order yesterday but it didn't appear to process (just moved back to the home page after hitting submit). Never got the confirmation email. Can you cancel order 3765772, please?

Processed another request today that processed normally (save a lack of email), and I don''t need both. Glad I caught yesterday's order on my orders screen. Heehee.

Shipping rates for this upcoming subscription seem to be well above the norm. For upcoming order 3320809, two splat books are pricing shipping at $11.43. Looks like the rate is being split $6.51 for the AP, and $4.92 for the Module. Very odd that these split like this and also very odd the difference in rates for the items.

Typically, a two splat book order ships at the rate of $6.93 (see orders 3290806,3196055 or 3112609).

In looking, looks like Ross Byers had a similar issue in the cs threads, so it seems you may have some shipping wonkyness this go-around.

I had purchased The Shackled City adventure path hardcover on The morning of October 1st. I received my confirmation email and the order is currently posting as complete on my account page but also now stating out of print. This order was processed when you, seemingly, still had stock (based on what your UI displayed at the time and what I gather from the actual product thread were it looks like you ran out of stock on the second).

Just confirming if a copy was set aside for this side cart order. If so, it did not post to my order authorization yesterday so things may be wonky here--looks like you hit this issue with someone else yesterday as well.

I have noticed a slight curling of the last two rpg line subscriptions (Ultimate Campaign and Mythic Adventures) due to what seems like moisture damage. This has been minor. I recognize I live in Florida (where the humidity can be unbearable) but I have never noticed waivey pages like this before with prior summer time rpg subscriptions.

I know there has been some discourse on the change in paper quality on the rpg line so I don't know if that may have something to do with this "damage."

Again, this has been minor but I just wanted to give you a heads up.
