I had purchased The Shackled City adventure path hardcover on The morning of October 1st. I received my confirmation email and the order is currently posting as complete on my account page but also now stating out of print. This order was processed when you, seemingly, still had stock (based on what your UI displayed at the time and what I gather from the actual product thread were it looks like you ran out of stock on the second).
Just confirming if a copy was set aside for this side cart order. If so, it did not post to my order authorization yesterday so things may be wonky here--looks like you hit this issue with someone else yesterday as well.

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like the one in your sidecart should be fine, the system just got confused about moving it. I have convinced the goblins to let it move to the subscription order. You should get an email confirming the updated order information.
