So I haven't played Pathfinder before, heard a lot of good things about it, but have only stuck with D&D until now. When I saw the bundle, just a few hours after it was launched, I bought it instantly, and went on here to download my files. That was maybe 45 hours ago - and I have not been able to download a single one of the files, I paid for.
And I am frustrated. I paid Paizo for the PDF-files, while most people just torrent them, as I believe you should support the creators. And what do we get for that? Nothing, but the waiting game. I understand your servers are busy and all that, but you should be expecting heavy traffic, when you team up with Humble Bundle. Yes, heavy traffic can take you by surprise, but no-one being able to download properly, and someone (including myself) not even download at all - that is really rough, considering that we have paid for the files, and were promised to be able to download them instantly.
Even though I bought the bundle right after launch, when it had about 2000 sold, the website was still down. And now it's even worse - if Paizo doesn't fix this, it will stay like this for weeks, because everyone just tries to download again and again, and that's no good.
I know you are trying to fix this, but it is really frustrating. Not a very good welcome for me, and many others, to Paizo and Pathfinder.
