Most probably - everyone should receive a boon, but still worth to clarify:

which PC is best suited for this

and

Does it mean that only one PC in a party receives that boon?

Or everyone receive it as usual?

If so, - what's the point to GM to "consider carefully" who should receive that dragonling?

Guys, we don't currently have a publically facing API for this sort of information. There are privacy concerns involved and we would have to carefully manage any information we distributed so widely. Not saying we never will provide at least some of this programmatically, but its something we need to think about and plan carefully first.

Sorry for necro, but do you have any public API at all? Or "this sort of information" is about all information?
