On the way back Hisao cuts the final bugbear loose and tells it (perhaps with the assistance of Iommi) Let your tribes know what we did. Tell them to not ally with Dai Oni or we will do the same to them.

If their tribes fear us more than they fear Dai Oni then he will not be able to recruit so easily he explains to the others.

In English: I am indebted to you, mighty slayer! I will do as you say....

Bowing and scraping fearfully, the bugbear scurries off into the hills....

The final bugbear falls to his knees, trembling and sobbing like a braying donkey, seemingly accepting death as its fate.... He drops his Morningstar and bares his furry throat, waiting wincingly for the fatal slash....

Paddy wounds the last bugbear deeply with GreeneThorne....

Forgot to mention that Hisao killed one of the bugbears in Round 2....

The invisible blade of Hisao impales the "lucky" bugbear through the heart! It screams and falls to the floor, quickly bleeding out....

Foereaper carves a deep gash in the throat of one bugbear, which falls with a choking gurgle, but the second bugbear leaps back just in time to dodge Alphonse's backswing with the deadly magic scythe....

The remaining two bugbears wheel around in a panic, gaping at the bleeding and butchered bodies of their fellows strewn over the floor of the upper chamber!

Gathering their courage, they move to flank Alphonse and swing their morning stars at him!
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 WHIFF!!!

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 WHIFF!!!

Round 2

Incredibly irritated the invisible ninja slashes again at the ducking bugbear.

Now able to line up a clear strike to vital organs, Hisao slays another bugbear watchmen invisibly!

OOOOOOHHHH!!!

[dice=Charge Pirhana]1d20+13+2-2;1d6+2+4+1d6+2d6+4d6

Attempting to slash the throat of the second bugbear up the stairs, Hisao accidentally stumbles over the corpse of the bugbear slain by Paddy, and the bugbear happens to stoop at just the right moment to examine its fallen companion, ducking VenomFang!

debil. injury is -2 to hit

Paddy swiftly dispatches the first bugbear up the stairs with a well-aimed thrust of Greene Thorne! The beast collapses on the top stairs and rolls down, stopped by the legs of the next bugbear in line....

Downstairs:

Hey.... Why music stop upstairs?

. . . . .

Something happen.... Go check out....

Initiative 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16

Che diavolo sta succedendo ?

English:
What the devil is happening?

One of the two remaining bugbears seems to have imagined the worst....as if demons were among them, slaughtering them as punishment for forsaking them for worship of the Christian Devil....

YYYYEEEEIIIIIIPES! he shrieks, wild-eyed, and throws down his Morningstar to grovel in abject terror before the uncanny Lusty Fools!

The other makes a run for the ladder, provoking attacks of opportunity from....um....everyone....

ARRRRGGGHHH!!!

The three remaining bugbears are unable to act in the surprise round, being surprised and all....

*Blink*

The bugbear watchmen are all surprised.... After the surprise Round, their initiative is 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16

Apparently alerted by the lamia's shriek, the bugbear in front of Paddy lurches forward by chance, and Greene Thorne only pierces the wolf skin cloak hanging over the monster's back!

Huh!? GRRRRR!!!

As soon as Hisao thinks the room has noticed the shiny holy armored Alphonse the ninja attempts to slit the throat of his target but is a bit sloppy with the execution though his blade seems very eager to dig in.

Maybe Hisao hits the flat flooted AC? Mayyybe? Still rolling double sixes on holy regularly. Someone up there likes Hisao. I think I added a 1d6 too many so please subtract either 6 or 4 from the final damage total as that is the corrosive. the 2d6 is holy and the 4d6 is sneak

[dice=Init]1d20+13

The bugbears' flat-footed AC is 16, so Hisao strikes true....

The bugbear in front of Hisao gurgles and falls into a twitching heap on the floor!

*GURGLE!!*

Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

A sudden spray of crimson erupts from the bugbear's throat as it collapses in a twitching heap atop the Skeleton Tower!

The bugbear snaps to attention as the CLANK-CLANK-CLANK of Alphonse's armor reaches its pointy ears... It turns to face the approach of the Lusty Fools.... And spying a lone armored knight on the path (Alphonse), grins an evil, predatory grin before turning to the long tusk-horn mounted atop the tower....

But Hisao and Nacht are upon the bugbear before it can sound the alarm, looming invisibly behind it at that instant.... Hisao and Nacht get a surprise round to try to silence the lookout before it can sound the alarm.... Those with ranged attacks ready (Tyr, and whoever can pull out a ranged weapon as a swift or free action due to Quick Draw feat or similar ability) can also make a surprise ranged attack....
