"Were the barrels our only way out of here? I thought we had a ship as well? Also wasn't Flitch supposed to know another way out of town?" Brillock thinks back through his previous conversations. "So on the fourth day, Flitch should know a secret tunnel to the Shard Cove where our boat will arrive. The boat can take 5 clients and leave undetected. Anyone we can't get on the boat we will have to smuggle out in other ways, sneaking them past the guards at the docks." Just a recap of our conversation at the beginning of the adventure. What day are we currently on? Day 3 right?

"Ah you'll be fine Voron, it's just an appointment, how bad could it be?" Brillock finishes making his infused alchemical items for the day, creating 4 Alchemist Fire, 2 Frost Vial and 2 Elixir of Life, with 1 batch of infused reagants for emergencies.

Brillock explains the coded message to the rest of the party and suggests that we either go down into the sewers to try and find Flitch or head back to the inn depending on the time. If we don't know the time we could always ask an emerald guard, I'm sure they'd be happy to remind us.

How about we try out Flitch, he knows a secret tunnel to the cove where we need to sneak out most of the clients. Envy Row East, near Copper Street and Loyalty Way. Also we need to keep an eye on the time and get back to the tavern before the curfew."

I understand, and I'm sorry, I think I'm a little tired too so I might be more irritable. I might be quiet for a bit but if I feel better I will try to get back into character, but I do feel very shut down. Thank you for at least understanding and listening.

I hate to do this and ruin the mood of a game but there's really no way around this because I'm pretty much going to stop talking anyways so here goes. I didn't do anything. I gave the coin to Marigold so she could bribe how she wanted. I didn't initiate the bribe, I wasn't openly doing anything, I was only being suggestive and trying to follow the theme of the scenario. And to be honest, the way I'm taking it as Lucky so kindly put it (this is in no way a negative feeling towards him just using his words), makes me feel stupid because wording it as "openly bribing someone in front of several witnesses" and "no one wants to be that obvious" makes it sound like I'm making a huge mistake and now I feel much less inclined to say anything. Which is even worse when you think about it because I didn't actually even do anything. I tried to weigh options before posting this, a good half an hour or so of thinking, and instead of just going quiet and letting the game go on with me acting weird and distant, I just wanted to explain why I'm going to be weird and distant from now on so at least you know where it's coming from. I don't feel like I can play how I want to without being perceived as someone who doesn't understand the concept of bribes and is the type of person who will just go up and slam gold down on a table when obviously I was attempting to be sneaky and suggestive about it. At this point the only reason I'm even staying at the table is because we only have 4 players and I would hate to end a scenario for everyone else all because of how I feel, so just let me play as some quiet NPC that attacks and rolls skill checks when asked and let's move on.

I'm not doing anything, suggesting to Marigold that she should use it as a bribe, but I also wasn't aware that we had a bunch of people staring at us? Weren't the two of them barely even paying attention? And if I was to use my bribe, it's not like I would just announce out loud, I HOPE THIS GOLD TALKS FOR ME, I was just suggesting that she slide the gold across a table while she's using her diplomacy. Also didn't our contact tell us to bribe people to keep us out of trouble? Anyways it's up to Marigold, whatever.

Brillock nudges Marigold and gives her a wink as he passes her a gold piece. "Don't you know how to speak their language?" he motions towards the receptionist with his head, urging her to sweet talk their way into an appointment. Using up a gold, I'll leave it to you to remember to mark it on my chronicle, or else, FREE BRIBE.

"Should one of us stay here and help this girl while the rest can go around town and get some more information? If anything, this will at least help give her a fighting chance." Brillock takes out his 1 batch of extra infused reagants and quickly mixes up an antiplague potion mixed with just a hint of alcohol, something to help ease the pain a little. "Antiplague, this will help with the disease, but someone probably still needs to watch her." the dwarf helps administer the potion with the father's approval.

Brillock will bang on the door a few times to see if anyone answers, and if nobody does, will go and join the others in asking around town about the Rockfish Inn, and the other people's whereabouts, the location of the Ministry of Tithes, the location of the roads Envy Row East or Copper Street or Loyalty Way, the location of the Arcanium Abjurant, and the location of the Emerald Guardhouse. He figures he might as well ask about each location to whoever will stop and talk to him.

Once they're past the guards Brillock will turn to the rest of them, "Alright, so one of our "customers" owns an inn called the Rockfish Inn, maybe if we head there first we can get some lodgings for the night as well as a place to meet up when the curfew goes into effect."

"Hail! Ah, Xin-Edasseril, a mighty fine place to do some trading! Papers, of course, I believe you had them, Voron?" he greets the guards and makes small talk as he motions for Voron to present their travel papers. What do the travel papers say specifically? I just want to make sure I don't go saying something that contradicts the papers, like mentioning the tavern I work at in Highhelm when the papers say we're merchants from another area, haha.

"Drawing unnecessary attention is kinda my thing, but, if it's for the Pathfinder Society I think I can turn it down a lil." a grinning dwarf speaks up first, as usual, as he introduces himself to the others. "Brewmaster Brillock, of The Third Toad Tavern, at your service. When the Pathfinder Society needs a helping hand, they like to hire me for the odd job or two, usually for things that require less stealth and silence. I suppose I do come off as the merchant type, always having to upsell my dumb brother's stupid sandwiches." Brillock is a bald-headed dwarf with shorter than normal red facial hair, partially caused by the various alchemical explosions that he likes to experiment with, often mixing his alcohol problem with his curiosity for alchemy. While normally you would smell the strong scent of alcohol emanating from someone like him, instead it's a potent smell similar to that of gasoline or other strong chemicals that are from residual stains on his clothes. "I think I've had a few customers come through talking about that place. Xin whatever whatever." he says as he attempts to recall some knowledge about the areas they're traveling to. Recall Knowledge, Society, for both rolls I guess? +7

Interesting, yeah I saw the Envoy Alliance boon when I was making the character today which is why I decided to go with that faction, haha. Ok so questions I have so far: 1. So the initial begin of the craft is the 4 day (or 1 day with boon) cost, half the price in payment, and a DC check? 2. What are the DCs for item levels? Is there a chart I can check? Does that mean you can craft stuff higher than your level theoretically? 3. What is the "value crafted" that you're talking about?

Player Name: Nick F
Special: Nothing much comes to mind yet, still a brand new character so I'm figuring him out, he is a bit of a drunk and a pyro but I never do things for personal reasons at the cost of the party, like starting a drunken fight or burning random things. Are you new to RPGs, new to PF2, new to PFS2, or new to PbP? Very familiar with Pathfinder and still getting the hang of small subtle changes in PF2 but I'm following along pretty well and I look up stuff a lot. Also very familiar with PbPs.
