Most cleric achers use Guided Hand feat to use WIS instead of DEX for attacks with bows (e.x. Erastil).

Orc Fighter, point buy 10

STR: 16
DEX: 12
CON: 12
INT: 10
WIS: 10
CHA: 8

Orc Fighter, point by 15

STR: 17
DEX: 13
CON: 14
INT: 10
WIS: 10
CHA: 8

Is this realy a huge differnece ?
5 % less to hit at level 4, 1 HP per level, a bit damage and some day (8 level) 1 AC. With some smart feat choises this figther can play in a 15 point buy game without the other players realy noticing the lower point buy...

Paladin or Monk with this low point buy will get tricky and at 10 point by players are more likly to be forces in race/class choises. At 10 point by you will likly never see a orc wizard ;)

The real problem is at 10 point by you will always see some players that select a "pet class" summoner, druid etc. A 11 in the primary caster attibute of this class to cast first level spells and you will have a pet that will overshadow the entire party with a few buffs. In fact it is possible to build a summoner at point buy 5 without dump stat and at point buy 0 with some state dumping ....

Scouts can make real good charger builds. I peronly like the Scout/Thug combo. So i can debuff with my sneak attack, too.

You do not need vital strike if you use the right kind of equipment. High damage dice weapon + Belt of Thunderous Charging (UE, weapon damage increase by 2 size categories on a charge) +
Rino Hide. Will lead to good damage on a charge for any character. Adding sneak attack makes this damage amazing. Power Attack + Furious Focus gives an other damage boost with a little penalty (you only want to attack once). See the build below and calc the numbers...

Race: Orc
Class: Rouge (Scout/Thug) 4/Alchemist(Vivisectionist) 3
Level: 7th

STR: 17 (+1 @ 4th Level)
DEX: 13

I do not know but is multiclassing allowed for the second class ?

4 Rogue(Thug/Scout)/X Alchemist (Vivisectionist)

This way you can charge and get a hell lot of sneak attack on every charge. Get your self a Rhino Hide/the new charging belt from UE and a Greataxe and you damage will sky rock ;) and you still get some Alchemist goddies + The 3 Level Thug ability to make a enemy Sickened for a few rounds can help alot....

The banner or Flagbearer feat is a bit purly worded. So here me try on RAI/RAW.

So assumptions first:
1. A Banner attached to a pole, lance or longspear counts as flag.
2. Carring a item in two hands counts as carrying the item in one hand.
(If a player does "more" to activate an item/effect than what is necessary to activate an item/effect he should not be punished for taking more efforts)

So the Banner of the Ancient Kings would give the following bonus as long as you carry the the pole or longspear it is attached to in one hand:

1. Doubles the morale bonuses granted by Flagbearer feat
2. +4 Levels for bard inspire courage

The banner gives some additional bonus as long as it is carried in both hands:

1. +4 circumstance bonus on Initiative checks
2. grants the wielder and all allies within 30 feet a +2 resistance bonus on all saving throws against mind-affecting effects
3. Reroll save against mind-affecting effect

That's a ruling that works and that is RAW (at least if you include the assumptions above). RAW you should not even loose the bonus while attacking with the longspear but i am sure some GMs will rule it this way.

P.S. If i could erata the Flagbearer feat it would say "You must hold the flag in at least one hand in order to grant this bonus"
