I keep a spreadsheet, but it doesn't track the evergreens well. Since I usually don't play those outside of level 1, it doesn't generally matter. But in this case, I had a character going through 3 evergreens, but he already had 1 credit I forgot about, so he is actually level 2. Blaster will tag team out soon, and then back in again when he can.
